海悅度假俱樂部在沙漠綠洲(Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis)

地點優越，靠近機場，距離市中心和棕櫚沙漠購物也很近。 友好的工作人員，尤其是娛樂工作人員總是令人愉快且樂於助人。這家飯店提供的許多便利設施物超所值。撞球桌、桌上足球、乒乓球、棋盤遊戲、撞球、熱水浴缸、燒烤。 我們遇到的唯一問題是臥室的天花板燈會隨機亮起。凌晨 12 點和凌晨 3 點，當我們睡覺時，它亮了。所以從第二天開始，我們每次睡覺前都會關閉斷路器。我們懷疑是線路問題。 LED 被硬連線到風扇燈上，所以不幸的是我們無法取出燈泡。

我們要求在上午11:10 延遲退房，門口的保安全副武裝，要求我們離開，我們是一對50 多歲的夫婦，我們不會發出任何噪音或滋擾，一個簡單的禮貌性的稱呼就足夠了…… .我們感到害怕......遠離這個地方不值得你的生意。

The place became part of Hyatt recently and it is dated and really needs renovation very badly. Rooms are stripped of everything and you need to ask for things to be brought to your room. We were told they ran out of bathrobes because people were stealing them?! How do you go to the pool without the bathrobes in the winter time? Pool was heated and that was the only positive thing.

One bed apartment was clean, spacious & well furnished. All kitchen appliances worked. Pool & hot tub were great. Nothing is within walking distance so be prepared to drive everywhere. Our apartment was in the building closest to the road which was a little noisy and the resort is directly under the flight path to PSP! Noise from the planes not too disruptive, but definitely noticeable, don’t expect peace and quiet….

Great property for ladies’ weekend. Lots of shopping options near by. Downtown was a short drive. 30 minutes to Indian Caynon. Pool was heated. We played tennis next door at CC’s tennis club (very nice staff). The room was clean but I felt it was due for an update. The bed was comfortable not so much the pull out bed (as reported by the other girls). There could have been more pillows, blankets and toilet paper available. The upstairs neighbors weren’t loud but you could hear walking and doors being shut. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.

We had a really great experience here. We are not Vacation Club Members, and have not stayed at a vacation club of any kind before, but after this, absolutely will in the future. We stayed for 3 nights/4 days. They had fun events we got to be involved in, and actually ended up wishing we didn't have so many off-site activities to do so we could enjoy more ON-site activities as a family. We enjoyed the dive-in, where we got to watch a holiday movie on a big screen while in the pool. 7 year old LOVED it! The Inspired Lounge was his favorite thing of the stay, and Elissa (Inspired staff member) was incredible with him. They had a little New Years bash for everyone, with noise makers and leis and hats, and we had a blast (until 7pm when they closed - which was PERFECT timing for small kids/families). The lounge had 2 pool tables, foosball, a large soccer pool game set up on the ground, video games, ping pong, you could check our board games, books, and puzzles, and they even had paint nights and other fun family activities. Everybody was friendly - we were always greeted in the lobby with a smile and a happy greeting from whomever was at the front desk. Staff were all helpful and kind. Our room was pretty much as expected - which is well taken care of, even if it is an older building. The lighting in the bathroom could have been better, but was sufficient. Kitchen was awesome, and bed was comfy and nice. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean but the toilet was dirty. The toilet bowl had stuff stuck on it and the smell of urine was strong when we first arrived. We asked the staff the clean it again but it only helped a little. We should have asked to switch rooms but it was too much of a hassle with kids around. Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing in the heated pool and activity room. There is only a cafe on site, no restaurants. Tennis and golf courts cost additional fees since they belong to the club next to Hyatt.
