Our experience was horrible! King size bed split in two made it difficult to sleep at night, the hot water wasnt working at times, the bathroom was clogged and the food was not the best. The Vanrander staff was very nice and d chef very accomodating. I wont go back here to stay though!

It’s located just 5 mins from the regional airport which was great. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms are good, not the best but comfortable with good views but at this hotel you aren’t staying in the room that much anyways. Their was a something special every night going on and well as any all inclusive drink drink and more drink. The food options are always great with breakfast everyday have a few changes To the local dishes. All in all a great stay and highly recommend it for if you want a couple of days getaway option.

First impressions count. From the time of arrival I could tell my stay was going to be excellent one. I arrived at the hotel at 11am, and because I was just staying for a couple hours the very friendly receptionist found me a room immediately. Those small attention to detail I really appreciated. Anyone staying at the hotel on a Thursday night is in for a treat... AMAZING BBQ & FANTASTIC entertainment. Food options at breakfast and lunch and dinner....YUMMY. Bel Jou gets a full 10/10 for me.

Food was very good. But the room that me and my husband had was very bad when you showed the water was not running logging in side it was a over head shower . The room was so, so, Molly smells really bad, so my husband went by the front desk and to one of the workers. what ever they did was better.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The food was also excellent. The best thing, however, was how wonderful the staff was there. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. I would certainly come back!

Our stay at Bel Jou was wonderful and the staff made our stay absolutely memorable! Any minor issues we had were rectified in a friendly and timely manner. We will definitely be back to St. Lucia and will book with this hotel again.

If you're booking this property, be prepared to hear loud lawn maintenance in the morning every day despite talking to the front desk after the first morning. Spoke to front desk twice yet nothing was done. They charge USD for "premium" drinks without notice. Staff is nicer once you tip them. Very quiet resort. No events. Small in size. Rooms are average, nothing special. No airport shuttle.

We only were staying one night and maybe that is why they put us in a room next to the parking lot. It was less than nice. The place felt tired and not everyone was friendly. Lets just say we will not be returning.

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel always has a person who help you sign you for activities throughout the island
