La Medusa Dimora di Charme offers a truly enchanting experience. The property exudes elegance and charm, creating a delightful atmosphere for guests. The staff are not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The spa and pool areas are wonderfully maintained, providing a serene retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. The presence of well-tended citrus groves and grounds, overseen by Gerardo, adds a touch of natural beauty and tranquility to the overall experience. I will definitely return and recommend this property to everyone.

Très bel hôtel avec fabuleux SPA, excellent petit déjeuner et personnel aux petits soins. Seuls bémols : vue mer trop partielle car étage pas assez élevé et trop de calcaire sur pommeau de douche.

Très bel hôtel, restaurant excellent et ambiance féérique. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Malheureusement il n'a pas fait beau nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la jolie piscine. C'est un très bel endroit très romantique qui sent les fleurs d'oranger et de citronniers bien placé pour visiter Pompéi.

Todo de primera, la cena en el restaurante es de lo mejor que probé en el lapso de 2 semanas por Italia. El desayuno en la terraza del 4o piso es muy agradable.

Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated and maintained to a very high level. Fabulous rooms with balconies overlooking stunning mountain and costal vista’s. The grounds and outdoor facilities were excellent and the staff were super attentive and helpful for our every need. Easy to get to the town and the links to the coast. I would highly recommend this hotel to both couples and families.

Our stay at La Medusa Dimora di Charme was absolutely amazing - the hotel is simply magnificent, super well kept, and a beautiful elegance that makes one think of a different time. The lobby, large garden, swimming pool, bar areas, and front are stunning, and the view of the grand Vesuvio takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast at the roof terrace super tasty and fresh. The service is beyond words! Friendly, charming and warm hearted people are around you everywhere, from the concierge that gave excellent tips to our day trip to Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii, to the staff at the spa and the super elegant restaurant to Silvano who showed us around and drove us to the train station, etc. The drinks from the bar are top notch, as is the food in the restaurant; excellent modern takes on traditional and local Italian cuisine, however, I must say rather pricey (all dishes are quite expensive and portions smaller than usually, so one needs several courses), but dining in the fantastic restaurant terrace or in the garden after a long day of sightseeing (including a full day in Pompeii in around 37 degrees...) was still truly worth the while as it takes a lot of effort to go somewhere else (we went to sorrento, which of course is rather touristy, and to castellamare which is not very special to eat, but the hotel restaurant offered the best experience by far!!) I highly recommend this splendid hotel for a special occasion, enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The location overlooking Naples and Vesuvius was stunning. The decor in the hotel was elegant and our room was perfect. The staff were exceptional.
