熔爐休閒 SPA 飯店(La Fornace Relais & Spa)

Es el mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado, el personal es muy amable y servicial. La Suite es muy bonita y cómoda. Los desayunos y cenas que manejan son deliciosos. Estoy muy feliz con este hotel y si regreso a Italia definitivamente tengo que regresar a La Fornace

Trovare un difetto a questa struttura è difficile per noi è davvero il top pulizia eccellente camere davvero bellissime i teli del bagno profumano cosa che in altri 4 stelle non mi è mai capitata colazione ottima. Proprietaria e staff sono di una gentilezza unica. Di strutture ne ho girate tante anche più stellate, La fornace sicuramente nella mia classifica si posiziona tra le prime 5 davvero siamo stati benissimo ci ritorneremo sicuramente Sperando di riuscire a trovare posto per la camera dove attraverso il soffitto è possibile guardare le stesse A presto

Un relais di ottimo livello, arredato con molto gusto e con tutti i comfort. Lo staff gentilissimo e sorridente. Nuovissimo e mantenuto perfettamente, con wi-fi dedicato in ogni stanza. La colazione abbondante e freschissima. Una esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. Prezzi giusti. Menzione speciale per il ristorante con piatti da gourmet e prezzi nella media.

Il posto bellissimo, la camera fantastica, giusto i cuscini troppo Bassi un po scomodi, ma servizio impeccabile, staff al femminile. Una colazione su richiesta vegana pazzesca, anche la cena nel ristorantino interno, si sono prestati molto alle nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo

Stay was amazing. The suite is so unique and we are glad we rebooked the hotel after canceling in 2020 due to Covid. Not a lot of good choices in the area. We had a car so that wasn’t a problem for us. Restaurant on-site was very good just not where I would choose to eat every night. Breakfast was included and excellent.

I really wanted to like this place more. But it is let down by a few things. Firstly, the good ... our room was a junior suite and was a good size with a new and clean bathroom and plenty of space. The whole property is very small, only 6 rooms, but very nicely decorated and very clean throughout. But things to know before you book ... the location is not great. It is on a main road, the parking is a few hundred metres down the road, there is a beach opposite, over the main road which is nice with pebbles instead of sand and a couple of restaurants to eat at. You need a car to stay here. It is close to Pompeii and Vesuvius but an hour from Sorrento and longer to Positano. None of the staff speak English and the main lady has a rather brusque manner which can be off putting. We asked for extra towels but were told that as they had been changed that morning, we weren't allowed more. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant, which is in a very small brick converted furnace and it was one of the worst meals we've ever had. We were the only customers that night and were told that the sea bass that we wanted was finished, which we couldn't understand. As this was the only vegetarian option, we ended up with some whole fish fried which was inedible. It's not a 'bad' hotel, it just feels as though it's not run very well and it could be better.

Struttura di recente realizzazione. Pulita ed accogliente. E' stata scelta per un pernottamento e un trattamento presso la spa in loco e per successive visite nei posti della *****ola sorrentina ed amalfitana. La stanza è ampia, ben arredata, forse un po' minimal, ma funzionale per il nostro utilizzo. Offre un parcheggio, non di facile individuazione all'arrivo, è utilizzabile con l'ausilio di un telecomando dato in dotazione in modo da sentirsi in piena autonomia. Il servizio offerto dalla spa è stato gradevole, ad un costo e di durata nella media. La colazione è stata abbondante, di qualità e soddisfacente per i gusti degli ospiti. Il personale mostra un'apprezzabile cordialità e disponibilità, in particolar modo la ragazza alla reception, probabilmente la proprietaria. Un peccato non aver potuto fruire del ristorante. Una struttura fortemente consigliabile

We stayed 6 nights in this lovely hotel. The location of the hotel was next to the beach where a good restaurant was located as well. The hotel had great customer service. The only downside was that it was difficult to sleep because of the noise coming from outside (busy road next door), and the buses go quite rarely, so a car could be a good option.

We were told that for eco reasons they didn't want to provide more towels, but the breakfast is a bowl of small packaged condiments, which was completely un eco friendly. Breakfast was poor, especially if you are a diabetic or want to watch your weight as it comprises solely of sugared pastries. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant, which is in a very small brick converted furnace and it was one of the worst meals we've ever had. We were the only customers that night and were told that the sea bass that we wanted was finished, which we couldn't understand. As this was the only vegetarian option, we ended up with some whole fried fish which was inedible. We had no soap for the first three days and the shower gel was not replenished throughout our stay. It's worth mentioning that there is a dog on-site, which we had no problem with, but if you are not fond of dogs, be advised that there is a pit bull in reception. She was very sweet but we weren't advised beforehand or asked if we were allergic or anything like that. It's not a 'bad' hotel, it just feels as though it's not run very well and it could be better. I really think there are better options out there sadly.
