Super 8 is getting better and better. This one is an example

The only things keeping this from a 1 star rating was that the night clerk was pleasant and courteous, and that the room was somewhat clean. There was this strange vibration, as if there was an HVAC system or motorized system that was felt in the room (floor, bed) until 2AM. Hot water was extremely limited. There was none to be had in the evening, then only about enough for a military shower in the morning. The bed was old and broken down as you could feel every loose spring on the right side of the bed. The breakfast was good, but don't ask the morning clerk for any assistance if you expect a pleasant response. How this received an 8+ rating defies logic.

Great stay My stay is always great and I always enjoy my stay. Clean and quiet room. The breakfast is always good. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The lady at the front desk was super nice, it was easy to find. The carpet could have been cleaner in our room, there was a Qtip under the edge of the bed that you could see from the room side, which shows attention to detail isn’t high. There was a very musty or urine smell in our room, so the price seemed really high for what you got.

Hotel could do with a tidy up furniture old bed ok room not cleaned thougherly more a workers hotel than a holiday stop over Very noisy with trucks parking outside of window and starting up at 5.30 in the morning and leaving them for 30 mins before moving off

Change of Plans I had to extend my stay twice. The front desk folks were super nice & accommodating. They kept me in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. All staff were friendly. I'll stay there whenever I'm in Casper.
