If I could give our room a -100 I would. We travel a lot and stay in hotels quite frequently. This is by far the most disgusting room we have ever had. We would have stayed elsewhere, however; there were no other hotels available for our large family. Upon entering the hotel, we were told there is not an elevator only stairs, so we take the stairs, and the carpets on the stairs are completely threaded bare and filthy. Entering our room took our breath away by the sheer amount of filth. The floors are tile and laminate and appear they have not been cleaned in ages considering the dirt and debris still on the floor. There were dirty handprints on the white walls and door. The window has a large unsafe crack running through it. There was old food left in the cabinets. When our daughter went to shower she had to wipe off the area to set the soap on since it had not been cleaned and left a very clear brown spot on the wash rag. The white towels were either dirty or stained. When we asked for a different room we were told there were not any available. And then when we complained about the cleanliness we were told we could find elsewhere to stay if we liked but we would not receive a refund. The only “good” thing I can report is the sheets smelled of bleach, so we presume they were clean.

over priced for nothing extra. Blow dryer didn't work which they did replace. Asked for a clock for the room and they gave us a tiny 2 inch clock.

The worst place we have ever stayed in. It was an older place and very dirty. We wore our flip flops inside, tub/shower old and like mold around shower and water spout where they are attached to wall. We tried finding other hotels to stay at for rest of our visit but none available. Didn’t even want to give one star!! We had to suck it up

It’s not fancy, but it is safe, clean, and the beds are comfortable. They don’t have breakfast in the mornings anymore but the coffee is 24 hours and great!! They have nice liquid creamers too. The staff were very nice and friendly. I would stay here again

Severely outdated motel a two room suite with one air conditioner with a fan in the wall to cool the bedroom. Stains on the bedding.

Walked in to no one there to check us in. She was putting on makeup in the bathroom. Very unprofessional. The lobby was crowded. The room key card failed to work. The room smelled awful. She challenged me about my service dog. I left there, went across the street to Best Western, booked a room. Went back to your hotel and checked out. No, I did not ask for a refund. Just got the hell out of there.

Nice that each room is a suite. Full fridge/freezer, hot plate and even dished and silverware in cupboards!

The room itself was OK, very spacious, and it's always nice to have a full-size refrigerator and freezer. The mattress was lumpy, and one side felt like I was going to roll downhill off the edge. Another review complained about the parking lot being mostly vehicle charging stations; that's simply not correct. One section of the back lot was dedicated to charging stations - but (a) it was often full of older (i.e., non-EV) cars, and (b) when it was available, the charging didn't work. We often heard the thumping of loud music and heavy footsteps above us ... at 3am. The smell of ********* often permeated the hallways. I understand that COVID has changed how things can be handled, but the "breakfast" should really be more accurately described - namely, coffee/tea/juice and individually wrapped muffins. We've had normal breakfast options at other properties, in locations that were far more restrictive re: COVID precautions; this seems like a cost-cutting measure, but it's still advertised as "breakfast". The hot tub was out of order; the sign apologizing for that had seen some weather, so it's apparently been that way for some time. Overall, this is an acceptable property, for a 2-star hotel; don't go in expecting the Ritz Carlton.

Property in need of updates - stale, dingy odor in room - the room had 1 chair for sitting unless you wanted to sit on the edge of the bed. “Breakfast included” a cup of coffee, 2 types of juice and a small packaged muffin - no fresh fruit, boxed cereal or milk, other packaged bakery items, etc. I would expect to pay about half what I was charged for the room. Would not recommend.
