凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Casa Grande I-10)

I had a problem with the card, the attendants were not proactive in helping me, but the manager resolved it and helped me. They deserve the best rating. I could count on them. I was happy!

It was filthy in the bathroom, and shower head was all messed up. Around the back of the back side of the wall in the bathroom Mold and water damage. and the furniture was outdated, all scratched. The microwave was 20 years old. The fridge made a noise all night. The A/C came over on the mayflower. We have stayed at this motel for years. Quality Inn would not allow the mess our room was in. And the price doubled. Never again.

Communications between *******, the Quality Inn and Myself leave questions unanswered around my victimization in these reservations. I’ve been cheated and burned by this experience and nobody has reached out to express concern or investigation. The Quality Inn’s General Manager (Emily) has pulled some unbelievably shady moves, blaming ******* for a lot of it. ******* will not give details around their full story of how this went down: Mystery appeal to refund. Mystery receipts of refund to ******* that has never notified me. They gave my room away one night — i lost all items in my fridge, my credit was charged x3 for incidentals that I’m still looking to check with banks about, and overall I was yelled to leave for asking for a receipt of these transactions or record of who was in my room… “******* has been sent a refund for those nights” the GM tells me… ******* has said nothing about it. It’s the most shady, uncomfortable head ache ever… and where is the record of it ? I wish i knew =(

My door access card stopped working three times over two days, the front door on the lobby was hardly functional, and the shower/bath unit had no running water the last night and morning of me leaving, at least it was decently clean. Over all however extremely dissatisfied, I will absolutely not be returning in future visits to the area

There was not an elevator and we were upstairs. There was a tweaker under the stairs and the door to our room didn’t go all the way to the door jam.
