艾索套房飯店 - GH 套房(Hotel Aixo Suites by Geh Suites)

Hotel muito bem localizado, vista mar, piscina e jacuzzi excepcionais, bar excelente, atendimento excelente. Porém por ser beira-mar (qualquer hotel beira-mar em Cartagena) venta MUITO. Mal conseguia andar com cokctel na área da piscina, tinha que tomar no bar mesmo! O quarto para família (fomos em 4 adultos e 1 bebê) é apertado, poderia ser mais espaçoso para circular entre as camas, e quase não sobrou espaço para as malas, mesmo colocando dentro de um armário que tem lá. Mas no geral, 4 estrelas.

Mala estadía. Pésima relación calidad-precio. La primera noche el 5to piso olió a ********* como por 40 minutos a pesar de que en ninguna habitación está permitido fumar. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha lo que hablan en otras habitaciones y a veces el ruido es molesto. En la segunda mañana encontré una cucaracha en el baño, es decir, la limpieza no es buena de las habitaciones. Además, el desayuno se sirve a partir de las 7:00 (muy tarde) y no tienen ninguna alternativa si como huésped debes salir antes, no dan soluciones sino que no pueden hacer nada a pesar de que ya lo hayas pagado.

Pues no me gusto q entraron a mi habitación sin avisar arreglar una cortina y yo no podía entrar a la habitación y me empolvaron mis maletas

After booking this hotel, we arrived to check in and paid directly with the hotel, once we were taken to our room I WAS SHOCKED once I saw the actual room! I could not believe this was the room that I saw advertised online. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like the photos. To be honest I have seen homeless shelters in better conditions than the rooms here! To top it off the wifi was not working on the entire floor and was told to use it downstairs as it was the only place it was working! After speaking with the reception staff about getting a refund because we simply couldn't stay in this hotel, I was told they cannot refund to my card and that I had to come back tomorrow to see the manager who will be able to initiate the refund for me! After booking another hotel and returning the next day the manager said the refund will take 5 - 10 working days. It's now been over 3 weeks and no sign of the refund!! I even left with a proof of letter as I did not trust them confirming I didn't actually stay in the hotel and I did not use there services, and still no refund! Also hotel tried to contact the property several times and nobody could get through to the hotel at all and the hotel is literally non responsive to calls and emails so if you ever have an issue, it will more than likely not get resolved by this hotel! I would recommend to AVOID this place at all costs! My only regret is not taking pictures of the actual room to show! I did not spend more than a min in the room!

The presentation of the property mislead me on making the reservation. The room is small no place to sit down, noisy, the view to the beach is just a window. No balcony. Disappointed with this hotel. The staff was excellent.

El hotel es muy bonito y muy cómodo, el servicio es excelente. Creo que debe mejorar en la calidad de colchones, elementos en el baño y ropa de cama. Está muy bien ubicado, la piscina es muy buena y tienen servicio de bar y toallas junto a esta.

Personal muyamable Pero hay mucho ruido exterior en las noches y falta mantenimiento en la piscina

El hotel super recomendado, la verdad todo queda cerca y la atención super buena todos fueron muy amables y atentos, me volvería a quedar en ese hotel

Muy mal servicio muy sucio las instalaciones nada acogedoras sabanas completamente descuidadas sin amabilidd para atender al turismo en cocina
