卡梅爾飯店(Hotel Carmel)

We booked a ring bed with fireplace AND did not get that. No fire place. They out us above the lobby. It was loud until 1:30-2am in the morning. I couldn’t sleep. I told the front lady clerk that we booked a kind bed with fireplace and not this. She told me I didn’t. I tried to show her my Hotels reservation.

This property was nice and was located in an excellent location to explore the area. Unfortunately, the price of the hotel is exorbitant particularly in light of the lack of luxury or amenities at the hotel. There are a lot of cheaper places in the area that are just as nice. We ended up here because we booked the trip late (our fault!) but I still expected luxury given the price and the reviews. The furniture was outdated, the grounds were nice but not spectacular, and the rooms were very small. If the place was half the price I would have nicer things to say.

This hotel is a gem. The welcome was amazing, rooms beautiful parking easy and the breakfast… unbelievable! Freshly baked croissant, homemade granola fruit, delicious juice- honestly fabulous. Carmel is a lovely place to stay, I would strongly recommend. 10/10 on the score

Hotel Carmel is a nice property with a lovely lobby and also a jacuzzi! Staffs are so polite and sweet, breakfast is more tasty then expected :) The area is quiet and safe, only 5 mins walk and you can see the shops. Many good restaurants around and the bar next to Hotel Carmel is a very good option too (Brothy’s)! Overall the stay was excellent. Only the pillows and if you stay at lower level, you may hear the food steps clearly on the above level. Will be back again!

Walking distance to shopping and great food Beach not far go early if you drive Quick drive to the Bench for lunch at Pebble Beach 17 mi drive

We really liked the location of our room, #215; the convenience of the location of the hotel, the lovely fireplace and the outdoor firepit areas, breakfast was yummy and good quality, the selection of CD's in the lobby is wonderful! Suggestions for improvement: The biggest thing lacking is a microwave in the room, even if it is to reheat our coffee, tea etc..., the sangria needs to be improved, it is not tasty, too watery, offer red apples and bananas as well as granny smith apples. Thank you

the property is nice and clean and also has a nice design and fresh breakfast we arrived at 5 pm from 9 pm we didn't have electricity at all we left at 10 am we paid for one dark night and 2 rooms for 1.250$ it is way too much! day after the rate was 650 for the same two rooms !!!! i was disappointed they don't have at least a generator you can't stay in the rom with no pawer and it was cold and rain

Rooms attractive and spacious, loved outdoor fires,seating and hot tub. Carmel gorgeous with interesting shops and many diverse eateries. Limited parking.
