The property provides privacy, and offers direct access to the River via a private walking path down the river bank. Enjoy your time on the creek fishing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, or just enjoying the beauty of nature. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy the cozy living room that entertains with a 42" LED smart TV streaming live TV (including all locals) through YouTube TV. Guests are free to sign in to their subscription services to stream their favorite shows/movies. The large sofa sits right in front of the new wood stove and offers perfect sleeping for an additional guest.The cottage has two bedrooms, the first offers a double bed, and the second has two twin beds. The bathroom has tub/shower combo and a separate heating unit for chilly mornings.Bed linens, towels, and WiFi are all included in your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everyday equipment, pots/pans, and utensils. There is a propane grill on the back deck. Lobster pots and burner are available upon request. The path is steep but stoned, flat, and safe. All linens are included. This cottage was recently painted and and the bedrooms refurnished , is available April-November, has a fully equipped kitchen, lake views, a picnic area for grilling, WiFi, and cable television.
