Legoland Castle Hotel

My kids really enjoyed our trip and stay at Legoland Castle

Customer service is top notch, convenience to the park, hotel amenities are all well thought through. Decoration, ambiance, children-sized bathrooms, buffet lines are all seamless. This place is magical and great value. It's not cheap, but the value is there and we will definitely return! Daily room service includes complimentary water, juice boxes, new Lego toys... on top of the expected cleaning. Legoland hotel is right next to the Legoland park and the Castle Hotel. Guests have access to the Castle Hotel- laundry (no charge!), outdoor playground, large screen movie. Early access to the park was one of our favorite perks. I love that I could text the Concierge (service wizard) for anything- literally anything! From room cleaning, park hour inquiry, maintenance, billing... there's a live person to answer all my questions within minutes. I liked the good treatment received by Jorge Ignacio with my children when I did not find Mr. Gold he gave my son a minifigure, then he told us that if we needed something in particular and I asked him for a couple of towels and he very kindly brought them to us, good job on his part. Parking is $35/ day. If you do not have a car, make sure to check your bill. They automatically charged us the last 2 times we were here without a car. Buffet has a wide variety of choices but it's just typical American food. After staying there for 4 nights, it's the same menu and it does get boring. Breakfast is complimentary, dinner buffet is ad-on, but for a very reasonable price if pre-pay. There's a small arcade, half of the machines were out of order, games and prizes were very limited, not recommended. Overall, this hotel and park is suitable for the whole family, very safe and pleasant experience.

Antes que nada tenia mis dudas de venir aqui lei algunas reseñas aqui, hay de todo buenas y malas asi que decidimos aventurarnos aqui. LEGOLAND en general es muy bonito hecho para los niños para que se diviertan ellos, el hotel brinda muy bonitas actividades en la tarde para los niños, se olvidan un poco de los padres pero reitero es para niños. Las Habitaciones me encantaron mejor que las de Disney son muy limpias comodas, hay divicion entre las alcobas de los niños y los padres, la decoracion es muy bonita, la limpieza se me hizo optima muy buena, la atencion es buena tambien. El desayuno buffet es delicioso una gran gama de elcciones vale la pena tomarse su tiempo e ir a desayunar. Dos trabajadores de aqui me gustaria mencionarlos se encargan de la limpieza general del hotel pero tambien se me hicieron muy atentos aun mas que los de la misma recepcion Jorge Ignacio todo un tipaso, muy amable He isidora muy agradable y amistosa, mis hijos les preguntaron por MR. Gold y al no tenerlo les dieron pista de donde lo podrian encontrar y les dieron popbages de lego como una minifigura gran trabajo el de los dos Jorge he Isidora hicieron una gran mañana a mis hijos.

El hotel sin duda alguna es muy bonito cabe mencionar algunos puntos＞ Pros: - Experiencia única - Decoraciones detalladas - Presión del agua - Algunos empleados son estrellas de rock - Servicio de valet parking - Amabilidad del personal destaco el trabajo de Jorge Ignacio de lobby gran atencion y vocacion de servicio al huesped - El mejor alojamiento para niños de todos los tiempos - Apariciones de personajes y áreas de juego - Excelente aislamiento acústico y ascensor silencioso - El tercer piso se sentía muy privado con vista al patio Contras: - Falta señalizacion para encontrar la lavanderia y gimnasio

Legoland is HORRIBLE to deal with - they are severely mismanaged. Their policy does not allow you to cancel within 5 days of your reservation - a huge problem for people with kids because sometimes things come up and you can't travel. Even if you buy the trip insurance, or are willing to pay the $100 extra to move your reservation, they won't let you. BEWARE!!! Book at a nearby hotel instead so you can use it like every other hotel and be able to make changes up to 24-48 hours in advance. Their system to pay to shorten your wait is very poorly managed. They hold the main lines to let all of those who paid extra enter, sometimes making people wait for double the time they estimate for a line. So these well priced tickets they offer are fake because if you don't upgrade, be prepared to wait double as long as you expect. We've been going here for years and it's just gotten worse and worse.
