Excelente atención de la cubaña doña Rosa, todo nos gustó.

Upon arrival I could smell **** in my room, and I tried to air the room out but it is -30 so having a window or door open at this temperature is not going to work. I tried calling the hotel after hours phone number to request a room change, but nobody answered and there was no option to leave a message. The bathroom is disgusting, with mold around the tub and tiles, and large cracks in the tile. The toilet does not flush very well, and the water volume from the shower head is almost non existent.

No water pressure in the shower, couldn’t even have one. This place really needs to be updated.

The property was clean and maintained no garbage to be seen all in garbage cans, there was also a golf course that was clean

It’s the only place to stay in 108 mile so there’s no real choice. The AC didn’t work and it was hot. It felt like the heat was on but I wasn’t. Guys partying next door didn’t shut it down until 1am.

I like the peace and quietness. This property is old and tired. It needs some major upgrades, for example, some of the plumbing doesn't work properly (faucets are hard to turn on), and outdoor carpets need replacing. The coffee maker did not have a glass carafe, to make coffee. There was no foo9d service available.

Could have been cleaner. Few areas not wiped down properly. Wall paper coming off the wall in several locations. I would stay there again.

Liked the private location and Eatery across the road was excellent.

The bad: Old rooms that smell like cigarette smoke. Burnt out light in kitchen area, very dim light in hallway. Had to enter room with cell flashlight to turn on bedside lamp. Needs updates. Awkward wall plugs. Ask for tip at payment terminal on check-in before any service has even been offered. The good: bed was comfy, was quiet at night.
