Personale molto gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta ,visto che ero vegana mi hanno anche fatto la colazione per me ,oltre che bellissime camere ottimo parcheggio auto e prezzo che rispecchia sul servizio offerto. Lenzuola pulite

Nonostante camere superior,le nostre camere al terzo piano senza ascensore ,nessun aiuto ha portare su bagagli pesanti. Aperitivo che era solo acqua minerale senza liquore.Colazione vomitevole,caffè,pane,torta.

Luxus felszerelés,nagyon kedves,segítőkész személyzet,remek kiszolgálás. Visszajövünk még biztosan.

I was with one my Hungarian business partner in the coffee bar of the hotel, where we was completely shocked by the attitude of the waitress. The waitress spoke with us in a law-class manner and do the one overturned table decoration she accused with vandalism my partner.

Absolutly stunning! This is the very best place in Carei. We must come to Carei from Hamburg in every 2 months for business. We tried all other places - they are nowhere compared to this hotel. The location is the best - the beatiful Castle is just 50 meters by walk - this place is the closest to the castle. Then you have here a superb fantastic restaurant, about which is hard to believe that it is in this small town, the level is so great. Something between a fine dining restaurant and a super quality restaruant, but with low prices. Price / value? Unbeatable !! We are always waiting with the collegues for the next opportunity to come here and prepare ourselves to enjoy this kitchen. Breafast - also geat, with a great selection. Not in the last - they have a fantastic bar. Absolutly recommended! And thank you guys in the hotel, being always so nice.

El hotel es bonito y cómodo pero NO hay ascensor para subir a las habitaciones, terrible con maletas. El desayuno está bien, sin mucha variedad. El restaurante nada recomendable, además de ser lentísimos, nos trajeron un trozo muy pequeño de chuleta frita y seca, que anuncian como solomillo, pero no lo es y un filete de pollo casi transparente y seco, incomestible! Por la mañana vinieron a hacer la habitación mientras desayunábamos, sin esperar a que nos fuésemos, con nuestras cosas aún dentro y se molestaron porque las hicimos salir hasta que hubiésemos sacado nuestras cosas. Muy mal, es la primera vez que nos pasa algo así.
