塞仁內飯店(Hotel Syrene)

Bellissimo, centralissimo, personale davvero gentile. Camere con tutti i comfort e con una vista meravigliosa su piscina e giardino di limoni. Molto silenzioso. Torno sempre con grande piacere. Piscina pulita e possibilità di avere teli ogni giorno. Colazione con dolci capresi freschi. Esperienza eccezionale, un’oasi di pace e relax nella via più bella e centrale di Capri .

Peccato, perché è un hotel bellissimo, ma per chiunque entri nell’hotel, anche amici invitati, serve un documento. a parte questo, l’hotel è bello ma il personale è molto scortese è poco adeguato, da cambiare! Ci ritornerei? Si, ma il personale e le procedure van cambiate.

Lousy hotel , especially when you consider what you pay for this hotel . We booked it , because it looked nice , price per room around the 250 , so you expect some service . Well , service is a word they still have to find out what it means . When you arrive at the marina , there is a man with a hat and uniform who should s the name of the hotel . Without any other communication he points out that you have to put your big luggage / suitcase on a car . That was all what he said . Than you have to find out what you are suppose to do . Take the funicular and go up the hill . We had to find it out ourself . We arrived at the hotel . Staff is mwaahhhh. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel . I had better approach and communication in a 1 star hotel when I was young and backpacking . When we checked out , they charged us for the two suitcase from the arrival, 2 times 17 euro . We complained about it , and the staff didn’t show any understanding , was rude and not a 4 star hotel worthy . They were vulgar and stubborn Don’t go to this hotel

Hotel com uma localização excelente, lindo! Fica numa das ruas mais badaladas de Capri, com lojas boutique e restaurantes elegantes. Mas próximo de outros diversos restaurantes e lojinhas de souvenires. Quarto amplo e limpo, com varanda com vista para a rua e para paisagem. Banheiro amplo e limpo. O atendimento na recepção é atencioso, mas pouco cortes. Café da manhã bom.

Very friendly staff, all you can eat breakfast that was delicious. Upon our arrival, the receptionist gave us many suggestions for Capri. They even had these touch pads in the room where it has a bunch of suggestions on what to do, food to eat, book transportation and reservations, etc.

Fantastic location as it is still central but out of the way from the high traffic areas. The staff were super helpful as we were able to check in a bit early. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast service and location were wonderful as well. The hotel itself is beautiful with nice clean rooms and a beautiful courtyard/pool area.

Ao chegarmos se ferry boat havia um rapaz do hotel para levar nossas malas, o que Ajudou muito. Entretanto, no check out nos cobraram 17 Euros por mala, um absurdo! Não lembro de ter visto qualquer informação no Site a este respeito.

Ho piacere nel fare i complimenti a tutto il personale di questo hotel. Professionalità e cordialità ai massimi livelli. Un saluto affettuoso alla gentilissima Sig.ra Angela, persona veramente cordiale ed ospitale. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare la conoscenza del Sig. Costanzo (personale di sala, durante la colazione) persona di una sensibilità fuori dal comune. Semplicemente volevano dirvi grazie da parte mia e di mia moglie.

Had a lovely few days at this hotel in July to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, really clean, great location and really quiet despite being on a busy shopping street. All the staff were amazing but especially the guys who looked after us at breakfast and lunch, always smiling and so friendly and professional despite the heat. Really hope to come back to Capri and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you for a beautiful room and a brilliant stay! Sue and Pete
