卡普里蒂貝里奧宮飯店(Capri Tiberio Palace)

A mio parere la struttura migliore di Capri sotto tutti i punti di vista ( e sono stata in almeno altre 3 sull isola) Personale molto preparato ed attentissimo ad ogni esigenza. ( e parlo di tutti, dalla reception al personale di sala fino alle governanti) Pulizia di camere e spazi comuni eccellente. Colazione fantastica con ampia scelta per qualsiasi voglia o esigenza ( il reparto formaggi freschi in particolare è stato il mio preferito) Camere bellissime e spaziose. Posizione super centrale ma defilata dal grande caos. Che dire? Non vedo l ora di tornare! Super consigliato per una vera vacanza da sogno.

Un hotel elegante,raffinato e dal design ricercato.Ogni camera ha una sua storia da raccontare,così come gli spazi comuni dove ogni dettaglio è piu che curato.La vista dalla camera sul borgo e sulla baia tolgono il fiato.Però,l'unicità di questo hotel è data dell'accoglienza,dalle premure speciali e dalla professionalità dell'intero staff e del direttore,sempre presente,e capaci di leggere,interpretare e realizzare i desideri del cliente,rendendo il soggiorno davvero unico.É anche pet friendly,quindi per me ha un plus ulteriore in più.Da ritornarci assolutamente.

Capri Tiberio Palace is on a different level when it comes to service, luxury and overall experience. It is a true gem on the magnificent island of Capri. I stayed there for two nights in April and I enjoyed every minute of it! I stayed in room 501 and it was perfect! The huge terrace and every aspect of the room was fabulous. Every singe object and piece of art in the room (and the hotel) was carefully selected and unique. If you appreciate attention to detail, this is the place for you. I want to thank every single member of the staff, especially Martina, the Guest Relations Manager and many many others. Special thanks to Vincenzo, who is technically a bartender but, in reality, an artist of the mixology craft! Let's just say that his Old Fashioned was the best cocktail I have ever had in all my travels. The sauna and the pool were impeccable and I enjoyed using them. The breakfast was amazing. The gentleman (sorry I forget his name) who manages it, remembers your favorite juice and is super helpful. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel in the future!

A hotel that upholds " client satisfaction as their motto" Very helpful FO team, Michelle made a mark along with her friends. A very friendly very helpful team indeed. The gracious General Manager, Olivier who looked after all the whims of the guest and make it an even memorable experience in Capri. Definitely reccomended for discerning guest with eyes for details and service.

The view from the room was amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was well accommodated. The breakfast buffet was great. The servers were attentive and there is also a menu you can order from. The bacon was the best we had in Italy. The drinks in Jacky Bar were excellent. The old fashioned and the old fashioned 2.0 were our favorites.

The hotel was absolutely AMAZING. Myself and my husband would thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel. Every single staff member was so friendly and knowledgeable. Stefano was fantastic from the moment we met him and they were so lovely to us as it was our honeymoon, they could not have done anymore. The breakfast was outstanding and Mohammad was so lovely every morning and remembered all of the special details to make our stay so special and enjoyable. The photos do not do this wonderful place justice.

Great hotel. Have stayed here before in the past. Only thing is concierge and reception seemed to get annoyed with requests, service and quality aren’t as good as what it used to be, waiters kept forgetting our orders and staff had attitude with requests, which then lead to us having to pay for simple things like help with luggage. Was my favourite hotel in Capri but not anymore.

Hotel di gran classe. La pulizia degli ambienti è perfetta dappertutto, il personale è molto gentile e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo il servizio watsapp per inviare qualsiasi comunicazione.
