開普敦鄰近Social History Center的飯店

Having travelled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently state that my recent experience was the worst ever. Despite seeing several negative reviews about their service, I thought they were just occasional lapses. However, I soon discovered that the hotel had a persistent service problem. I had a problem with my reservation and spent two days trying to resolve it, but no one cared. To make matters worse, I was charged ten times the amount I had originally paid for the same room (i.e., $300 instead of $30) without any reasonable explanation. When I questioned this, the staff merely shrugged it off, citing fluctuating prices as the reason. The lady in charge of reservations was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the ordeal. In addition to the issues with my reservation and the exorbitant charges, the air conditioner was not working properly and made a lot of noise. Furthermore, the fridge in my room made a huge noise, which disturbed my sleep at 2 am (I recorded a video as proof). Moreover, the noise levels in the dormitory were unacceptable all the night! making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. In short, I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and look for other options.

Upgraded to a Loft suite. Excellent (once the air conditioner unit was explained). Staff great. Housekeeping a bit too eager. On site restaurant Liberty's seems slow and disorganized, even for South Africa and especially for a Hilton's. Free shuttle to V&A Waterfront every two hours. Walking distance to the Old Biscuit Mill (a Saturday morning must-do). Regular and reliable taxi service around Cape Town at reasonable rates, for drop off and pickup. Airport shuttle. Neighborhood was very safe Don't pre-book tours before you get here; Yasir and his team will take good care of you.

Fantastic stay. Kevin and Herman were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lovely beds. Had two trips out with Herman. He is an excellent guide - took us on a peninsula tour taking in beaches that are not accessible by commercial tour operators. Having seen the freshly caught fish at Simons Town harbour and getting a hankering for fresh fish our wish was Kevin's command and he cooked us some lovely Kingklip. Had a tour to the winelands with Herman who handpicked the best of the wine farms (again far superior to the commercial operators) our stay was finished off with a shuttle back to the airport. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Despite running at 100% capacity (good for them) the hotel offered a very attentive service and did not feel overcrowded. Staff were very helpful and considerate. Breakfast was a positive experience. The room was modern and well equipped. No issues with the Wi-Fi. I will definitely be returning!

The location is a bit off from the v&a waterfront and city centre. You need to Uber out everytime. Another then this , everything is Awesome from the staff to the room service food to even the room very good.

The most amazing customer service team! If you stay at the hotel, not only is it very nice - the service is impeccable. Every day the team welcomed us to our meals, reception or the spa. In particular, Marlene, at the reception desk was so helpful when we had necessities for our room or questions. Shidrock (spelling?) was one of our first dinners servers and did a fantastic job. Every morning, Mandla, would help us with our coffees and our seating. We were with a tour group, and they made everyone feel very welcomed and appreciated. Godfrey would smile so brightly every day and thank us for staying in the hotel. What an amazing team. The hotel room was quite comfortable - the beds were comfortable, the access to a gym and spa were great, the food quite good, and the location perfect. The stand out for me was the excellent customer service. All of the staff was so amazing and we applaud you for your customer service.
