Der Urlaub im Staion House hat sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse hervorragend. Die Lage in einem "normalen" Wohnumfeld mit der Option einfach und unkompliziert in alle Orte von touristischen Interesse sowie zu der schönen Strandpromenade zu gelangen, hat uns sehr gefallen. Die exzellente Lage wird noch von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals übertroffen. Ergänzt wird dieses durch das exzellente Lokal Sonny & Irene mit einer entspannten A**osphäre. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Umfeld des Hotels bietet fussläufig eine große Auswahl von unterschiedlichen Restaurants mit bestem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Haltestellen für wesentliche Buslinien und HopOn HopOff Bussen sind ebenfalls in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Stromversorgung, die bei "Load shedding" zum Einsatz kommt, somit kommt es nur zu kurzzeitigen (unter 1 Minute) Unterbrechungen. Sicherheit wird ebenfalls groß geschrieben. Überwachung von Zugang wird technisch und personell gewährleistet.

Checked in to my room. It was filthy. Dirty coffee cups and a packet of garbage on the kitchen counter from the precious occupants. Concierge staff wouldn’t check me into another room. Made me wait at 930pm for them to clean that room which I didn’t want any longer. But no choice. And restaurants in the building closed or full

Excellent hôtel à un endroit stratégique à Sea Point et à quelques minutes de marche de l’arrêt de bus. Hôtel très confortable et accueillant, le personnel est très sympathique. Système de reconnaissance faciale pour notre sécurité. Si vous pouvez prendre le forfait petit-déjeuner, je vous le recommande car le resto est excellent

Geweldig hotel in centrum van seepoint. Gratis parkeren, super deluxe ontbijt en uitstekende kamers met prima bedden.

Frustrating from first moment. Driving from airport tried to call the hotel to find out where the parking entrance is as I know the area. First number of Google goes to property developer. They give me the hotel number which is for Central reservations. They try to transfer me to hotel. I try about 6 or 7 times but keeps getting cut off. Google again. Find hotel listing. Number goes to a real estate broker. Try reservations again. They eventually give me WhatsApp number because everyone they tried to reach they couldn’t. Spoke to 3 people at reception until someone could give me me the name of the street with the parking entrance. Seriously, how difficult is this. 27 minutes to get his done and lots of frustration. I actually lost my cool with one of the poor people I spoke and did ask the manager to apologize to them on my behalf. Get time for breakfast but only from 8am (what hotel in the world only serves breakfast from 8am?) but if you want to get it before then (earliest at 7am) they will take you to a cafe down the road. Get to room. Key doesn’t work. Of course. On balcony dirty rag left there. Mess from birds on balcony. Does happen but was there the entire stay. Room nice. Next morning go downstairs at 715am for breakfast at other place. Reception gets someone from the hotel to take me there. Walk in the dark (sun rises late) with someone from the hotel. Get to cafe at 730 to be told sorry not available yet too early. Complain to guy who I was with. Hesaid that the cafe is wrong but what could he do. He said he would resolve this as I paid for breakfast for each day. I went somewhere else and paid for breakfast (lots of places open before 8am for the record). Second day have breakfast at 8am in hotel. Go to check out and ask what they are doing about the previous day's breakfast and get told that I had the time wrong and I made the mistake. I explained that the manager himself explained the before 8am story and that I was escorted by the hotel at 730 to the other cafe, so don’t think I was wrong. Lady did apologize. No one could resolve this. She did offer my a bottle of sparkling wine to say sorry (eventually). I told her I dont drink alcohol. Neither did she for the record. awkward smiles and said they would contact me. I left my number. Will be interesting to see if anything happens. Now nearly a week later and still nothing..... I wish I could say that was teething problems (wrong numbers in Google - seriously) but this hotel has been open for more than a few weeks. In fact I think it opened last year. Good luck.

Super stylish hotel in a central location within Sea Point. Face recognition technology to go beyond the lobby area made us feel safe and every member of staff we dealt with were informed and friendly. Rooms all have balconies, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, fridge and huge beds. I asked for an ironing board/iron and more hangers and they arrived within 5 minutes of asking. Breakfasts were amazing in the adjoining, again very stylish, restaurant and you could eat pretty much whatever you liked from the menu without going over the hotel's allocated breakfast budget. I had smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel with capers and avocado and a pot of tea one morning and sourdough bread, garlic mushrooms, poached eggs and spinach with a pot of tea another morning. The view from the rooftop deck was great too. Worth going up there just for the photo opportunity but if you actually wanted to sunbath, just bear in mind that the sun beds are fixed in position and you cannot bring up food or drink, even if in a plastic cup. I cannot fault anything I experienced and would definitely return if ever in Cape Town again.

Everything about our stay here was brilliant and I couldn’t recommend in more! The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you from the moment we arrived. The breakfast included at Sonny & Irene next door blew my mind - I’ve never had such a variety of a la carte breakfast options, particularly of such high quality. The smoothies in particular were delicious. Location of the hotel is great - £3-4 in an Uber to either Camps Bay, V&A or downtown is ideal. Lots of options in Sea Point too. Felt very safe and secure, and added bonus of underground free parking.

Mooi nieuw hotel in het hartje van sea-point. Mooie ruime kamers, grote badkamer en een heerlijke douche. Bij load Shedding hebben ze een aggregaat zodat je er geen last van hebt. 2 goede restaurants in het pand en een gratis grote parkeergarage. Zwembad op dak.

excellent concept, hôtel avec petit déjeuner exceptionnel au restaurant, le service de ce dernier est d’une gentillesse inoubliable. la salle de sport est pratique. la chambre est spacieuse et très confortable ! la vue 360 du rooftop est magnifique. La piscine est un peu fraîche, elle gagnerait à être chauffée. nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
