Very friendly atmosphere all round. Home away from home

My partner and I stayed at Home Suite Hotels Sea Point for 5 nights and we were sad to leave. It really does feel like home! The breakfast spread each morning was fantastic! From made to order omelets, fresh fruit, pastries, fresh juices/smoothies, there was something for everyone. By the second day, the staff knew our coffee orders and prepared them as soon as we arrived. Patience and her team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Prior to arriving in Cape Town, I was in communication with Patience as we were planning to get engaged on the trip. Patience arranged a beautiful setup in our room complete with balloons, flowers, champagne and a cake! After our engagement, every single member of the staff congratulated us when we saw them the next day. A small yet sweet gesture! We also enjoyed walking a few blocks down to the water and walking along the promenade. The way back is uphill but we didn't mind and felt safe navigating on foot. We plan on visiting Cape Town again and will only stay at Home Suite Hotels! Until next time! :)

Liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und das beste Frühstück während unserer ganzen Reise in Südafrika. Wir sind beim Frühstück auf 1. Tag herzlich begrüßt worden, uns wurde alles am Buffet erklärt und mit der Hintergrundmusik hatte man das Gefühl von Essen im heimischen Wohnzimmer.

We absolutely loved this aparthotel and their amazing service. Firstly the apartments are perfect in terms of space and services. They were brilliant in terms of catering to my dairy free needs with oat milk in the fridge to go with the coffee and tea facilities provided in room. I also appreciated the water provided each day. The room was cleaned each day which was amazing. However the best feature of this hotel is the cafe at the bottom of the building, Sonny and Irene. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and amazing value for money. You can select from coffee, juices and made to order items which are of the highest quality. So much so that we had lunch and dinner here during our stay. In terms of location the apart hotel is super well located between camps bay and the V&A waterfront and you can walk to both along the waterfront in opposite directions. In terms of safety there is security outside of the building although we always felt safe in the area. There are also a range of amazing eateries within walking distance including Mojo market, Una Mas and Three Wise Monkeys. We would absolutely visit again and stay here. bonus features for the property include laundry service in the basement and a rooftop pool. The rooftop pool could be enhanced by music and cushions however the views are awesome

They cancelled our prepaid booking and didn't make refund. We made booking at Home Suite Sea Point hotel for the dates of April 30th to May 2nd, 2023. We paid Amount of 7776 ZAR for 2 rooms. But hotel canceled our reservation as they didn't see our payment. But in 2 days they confirmed bank transfer. At least they found it. I requested a refund 3 months ago and srnt our bank details but still didn't get it. Now they just don't respond me. Dissapointing.

Wish we could give this place 6 stars!!! Home Suite Hotels in Sea Point was our introduction to South Africa and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay. The staff were phenomenal. In fact, they were more than phenomenal. The staff alone anywhere else would make a rundown hostel feel like a 5-star resort. From the moment we checked in they honestly made us feel like we were at home. Each morning when we went for breakfast they would put huge smiles on our faces, and we'd stay for way longer than intended because they were just so positive to be around. Thank you!!! Now for the accommodation. It's extremely bright and spacious, with high end amenities in the rooms, luxurious touches throughout and as comfortable as can be. It made it hard to leave each day, because we could easily have just relaxed here. The included breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel, and the free barista-made coffee was such a nice surprise. Sive, you were a lifesaver with your great cappuccinos and Chef Pinky made the best eggs ever. The common areas (dining area and rooftop patio/work zone) were excellent. Location was perfect for us being just a 5-minute drive from the CBD yet in a quiet neighbourhood with ocean views. Secure parking too. And the dogs, Katherine and Charlie, did a great job of making everybody extra happy. We would 100% stay here again and again, and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hôtel bien situé, parking sécurisé, personnel au top, pdj super, bref y aller les yeux fermés. Nous sommes restés 8 nuits car c'est idéal en termes d'emplacement pour visiter Cape Town et ses environs.

The staff are all so nice and welcoming. Glass of champagne upon arrival. Rodrigue even stayed late until 11 pm to help us get in due to our flight delay. Great views, doesn’t feel robotic like big chain hotels. Breakfast on the terrace super nice.

The location is great. We hat so nice, helpful stuff in all areas. The breakfast looks so nice and tastes fantastic. And the Cappuccino was made with love. A great team will help you in all situations. The outlook is impressiv in all directions from the roof top. The way to Waterfront is easy to go, or drive with cheap taxi.
