月色招待所(Moonglow Guesthouse)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la "Moonglow Guest House". Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue de la baie de notre chambre, le calme, les petits déjeuners ainsi que l’accueil et la gentillesse de Gillian ! Merci à elle !

Wow! An awesome place to stay. Clean and classy rooms. Lovely hospitality. Garage parking available. Breakfast is great! Lovely seaview from the rooms. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely come back in the future. 🤗

The home itself was great - parking in the street is limited and not ideal. The number and steepness of the access steps also are very difficult going in and out of the property The house, bedroom and breakfast were all ver good

Very friendly and helpful Host, the room was very nice and clean with an awesome view. Breakfast was Decoder to none, fresh fruit, müesli, eggs all your Heart desired. We will come back again. Good advice regarding Dinner options.

Moonglow was a very pleasant surprise as we just needed one night’s accommodation but we wish our two rooms had been available for a few more nights as we would have gladly stayed longer. Gillian was a marvellous and friendly, helpful host. The location and view is great; a house with pleasantly ample spaces and a room with all the comforts you need. Breakfast was tasty and with friendly other visitors at the tables. If you need good and comfortable accommodation in the area, you’d make the right choice with Moonglow.

What a wonderful place! We stayed for 10 nights, as we just wanted to take our time to visit all the interesting things along the coastline and Cape Town as well. The rooms are fine and well kept, just as the total guesthouse is. The atmosphere is really welcoming and the owner Gillian O'Leary is very thoughtful, cheerful and helps out with tips when needed. So, yes, we do recommend Moonglow Guest House to all visitors that make plans to visit the Cape Town region.

Gilian runs the house, friendly and caring. Moonglow even provides a garage for the car, once one‘s back from the trip to the penguins. The perfect outlook on False Bay, sitting on the sheltered terrace, a bottle of wine from the fridge… As for Lunch or Dinner, Dixies Restaurant is found in walking distance. A place where the locals meet and enjoy fabulous food and drinks…

We enjoyed our stay at Moonglow Guest House beyond all expectations. Not only because of the amazing view and the relaxing atmostphere, but most of all because of the great kindness of our hosts, who made us feel really at home. Thank you Glynn and Gillian for your wonderful hospitality, the excellent wine, and the great conversations that we had!
