水晶塔住宅(The Residences at Crystal Towers)

The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

соотношение цена качество на очень хорошем уровне всем советую - большая комната, красивый интерьер, отличная локация, сервис. очень хороший район. - номера немного требуют легкого ремонта, тк варочная панель и некоторая мебель была с небольшими повреждениями. но вся техника работает. оставили на кухне упаковку от еды, утром там нашли таракана. в общем остались только хорошие впечатления

Was amazing

We stayed for one night and it was OK for that, but I am not sure that I would want to stay in the Studio appartments for much longer than two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was only a handtowel, because the laundry was not back, at 1530? In a Mariott? If we had not caught Housekeeping they would not have let us have any towels for a shower. No shower mat was supplied The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so old that they were almost flat. There were no bedside tables which we found annoying. I was close to the kitchen table, Jill had nothing to put her water glass and book on. There was not a phone charging point, which in 2024, is sort of expected for the standard of hotel this is. Tea and sugar is provided, but there were no milk sachets. Was this because Housekeeping had run out, or was it because they do not provide? Two or three long life milk sachets would not break their bank or they could add R20 to their charges to cover The Studios were great for a one or two nights stay, as they are well positioned, but I would not want to stay longer. Buffet breakfast was varied, well stocked, and efficient: well worth the R290 as it was a meal and a half. A la carte is also available. Staff were friendly and very helpful

The cleaning of the 2 bedroom apartment that I have booked was not upto standard. Not very welcoming as the entrance carpet was so filthy with chocolate wrappers. Behind the master bedroom door there was a clear plastic bag. Living room area had clumps of hair. The 2nd bedroom was not properlyade up and the window in that bedroom could not be locked (This is a major security issue) The phone in the apartment was not working. Incomplete amenities in the apartment, no facial tissues, no hair conditioner. When asked for hair conditioner I was given a body lotion instead. Overall disappointing place and not worth it!!! When asked to speak to the in charge manager, he/she did not come to see me and just ignored my feedback. Please AVOID this place as you will be totally disappointed!!!

Hacked *********** account tried to scam me, no response from property except "ignore it, it's a scam". Confirming booking requires payment. An elderly couple was fighting with reception because they arrived late at night after their flight got delayed and nobody was able to check them it, so they had to go to another hotel. Amenities ares scarce. You have to ask for things many times and they would still not be served.

Tidy rooms. Brilliant welcoming and services. Easy check in process. Secure parking and breathtaking views from room.. A couple's dream getaway close to home. Shared pics to friends and colleagues and surely will visit again for a longer stay.

The location is fantastic and the room was clean but not well maintained. Stain on the carpet, chipped paint at the skirtings, the room had a very strong cleaning smell in it all weekend. Iron couldn’t hold water and leaked. No hot water Friday and Saturday and was told some element blew that affected the boiler and no alternative was given for this situation. Warm water only came back on Sunday at 9am just before checking out. I had better expectations considering the hotel is next door, but disappointed, wouldn’t stay here again
