Great hotel for the price. The lovely Mervyn collected us from the airport. Narzeem couldn’t do more checking us in. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Rooms were good size, very clean with comfortable beds. We were disturbed by other guests which is not the hotels fault but rooms could do with some more sound proofing which they are looking into.

Nice cozy and intimate rooms. Well kept. Clean and modern. Oh let me not forget our charming and warmly Madam Freda..Manager is very understanding and was willing to help.. All employees were helpful, Kirstin, Susan and Ashleigh and others(can't mention all of them)

I was very disappointed by their breakfast service. Also, on the evening before j was meant to leave, the one desk controller told me that if I left two hours after their stipulated checkout, I don't have to pay. The next morning the new desk controller told me that I have to pay R500 in a rather disrespectful tone. I will nor be staying here anymore!

The Hotel is lovely, the people are friendly and for my first business Trip the experience was definitely 5 star. Breakfast was lovely. My room was clean and presentable. I would recommend anyone needing to have central point in Cape Town to stay to use your Hotel

Amazing service from Freda and the rest of the team. Breakfast is lovely. Warm and cold water available anytime of the day/night. No complications with AC. Little to no noise Such great and kind spirit upon arrival, during my stay and upon departure.

Friendly staff, recently renovated and well situated in the Cape Town CBD. Reasonably priced my experience was good. The rooms are a bit small and you can hear noise and sounds from the corridor and other rooms. Parking is charged as an extra and requires you to drive up 7 floors in the parking garage which can be annoying. However its a good hotel overall.

It was very noisy at night. The smoke detector’s battery was low so it kept saying battery low. Parking was fully booked on both nights. Else the staff was very friendly and really made sure that we taken care of. Excellent overall experience

The room was wonderful, everything you need, the breakfast was great, love the fact that there are restaurants close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and very nicely decorated. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a central location. It has recently been refurbished and looks clean and modern. Many improvements but I missed some extra storage space. Bed comfortable. Good shower/Wifi/breakfast. Friendly staff.
