靜謐莊園&溫泉

The landscape is beautiful, but there’s no security and it’s in a very insecure area. I arrived at almost midnight, and the security gate was wide open and there was no security guard. In fact, there is no one in charge of security at the property just one young guy who is very nice at the desk. Also, the property itself is in very poor condition. No screens on windows and lots of mosquitoes. No lights on pathways. In fact, no pathway to our room we had to walk through the sprinklers on a steep trail to get to the room with lots of bags . Management is nonexistent do not go here. Hopefully this place will be sold refurbished and run by solid management as the site itself is beautiful.

On arrival we couldn't drive up to the hotel as the road was a building site tapped off. One past this hazard, our room had leaking electrics, had a leaking roof, no working shower, blood on the walls. The spa seems permanently closed, the decking 'lookout' area is a health hazard with rotten wood leading to a large drop to an empty water feature. After numerous attempts to contact manager, he still hasn't returned calls.

Horrific! The hotel is awful - exhausted. In addition to which there was a toxic spill in our room. The manager admitted that he knew that one of the staff has spilled a bottle of cleaning product in our room, which cause my wife to have a massive allergic reaction and my eyes to stream. (And even though he knew he showed us to the room. Unbelievable!) We checked out immediately. I have been trying to get a refund from the hotel owners (Touchdown) for weeks. They are ignoring me, even though the Manager acknowledged their liability. Stay away from Stillness and all Touchdown properties. (They also own Tshukudu Game Lodge)

Terrible hotel..very tired and in need of a lot of money to bring it to any standard. The room was really sad, bed lumpy..air con pitiful.. walks paper thin...when we checked out this morning after one night they didn't even ask why...please don't stay there...

Extremely friendly staff made my fiancé and friend feel at home . Amazing people, property stunning , views are stunning just all around amazing place

While this hotel is beautiful from the outside, it needs a tremendous amount of work and updating. None of the 3 pools were open as they all needed repair. The furniture and rugs in the room are worn and stained and appeared to be second hand. Our room was not completely cleaned one day. Staff is friendly but clearly frustrated by not getting support from the corporation. It would have been more appropriate (and appreciated) if we were told of the disrepair of the hotel before it was booked. GoTouchDown owns the property and they need to make major improvements. I would not recommend staying at this facility at all.
