維多利亞女王莊園別墅飯店 - 紐馬克(Queen Victoria Hotel by Newmark)

Acabei de voltar da África do Sul, mas minha experiência no Queen Victoria foi decepcionante. A única coisa positiva foi a localização, perfeita para explorar a pé. No check-in, apresentei o voucher da minha reserva e fui informada de que ficaria na The Manor House, parte do mesmo complexo. No entanto, paguei mais caro por um apartamento com vista para a Table Mountain, categoria Junior Suite Mountain View com 63 metros quadrados. Recebi um quarto com vista para a Table Mountain, porém ultrapassado, com infiltrações no banheiro e necessidade de pintura e reforma nas paredes externas. O atendimento foi ok, mas a equipe subestimou nossa reserva e sugeriu entrar em contato com nosso agente de viagens no Brasil. Após contato com o agente, fomos transferidos para o Queen Victoria, porém com downgrade de categoria, pois não havia Junior Suite disponível. Isso afetou minha experiência em Cape Town, especialmente porque era meu aniversário de casamento. Recebi reembolso do hotel, mas nunca saberei se foi overbooking ou descaso planejado.

Perfect in every way. Great position a couple of minutes away from V & A Waterfront with its many restaurants and shops. Also close to hop on hop off bus. Our room was luxurious and had a great view of Table Mountain. Thanks to all the staff who were superb - at reception and in the restaurant and bar. Were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived with hot towel and delicious drink. A plate of sweet treats awaited us in our room and a chocolate every night. Needless to say breakfast was delicious with an extensive buffet and choice of hot food cooked to order. Free parking available.

We had an amazing start to our honeymoon at the Queen Victoria Hotel! Nestled in a private spot on the V&A Waterfront, it is very close to shopping, restaurants and tourist spots. Upon check-in, the reception/concierge and staff gave us a warm welcome and it continued throughout our 5 night stay. Our room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The room welcomed us with rose petals and chocolates, starting this honeymoon off right! :) This was our first and biggest international trip together and the QV staff helped us with anything we needed. Within the first day my husband had lost his phone and the staff did all they could to help us locate it. I’ve never seen so much initiative to help us, it was impressive and comforting. We eventually found it with our tour guide van and the QV concierge team were so relieved with us. They had also helped us with getting transportation to our honeymoon photoshoot at Signal Hill. We had brought our wedding wear to Cape Town and they helped us from start to finish. The porters were so kind and helpful. Not only with our luggage but they went above and beyond in many ways. They helped guide us to the waterfront and walked us to the safe and secure path reassuring us that we would be able to find our way back to the hotel and not get lost. Thank you THANK YOU to Britney, Nicolas, Moegamat, Zaida, Albert, Oswell and the rest of the staff! We took up the opportunity and treated ourselves to the spa for a couples massage. It was fantastic and we felt so relaxed and serene. Our breakfasts at the QV Hotel were incredible! We dined in for breakfast at the DASH restaurant and the spread has so much to offer. The hot breakfast menu was delicious! I had the smoked salmon almost everyday while enjoying the views of Table Mountain from our seats. The DASH staff welcomed us every morning and their service was impeccable. Big shoutout and thanks to Carol, Zisekho, John and Wendy for their service, poise and attention to detail during our stay. We HIGHLY recommend staying here. You will get top notch service, food, accommodations and will make you feel right at home in this beautiful city. We hope to be back soon!

Hotel tres bien situé en plein coeur du waterfront. Boutique hotel donc tres appreciable car ambiance intimiste. Chambre au calme a bien preciser avec vue sur le waterfront et non sur la table mountain car dessus de la route... personnel tres aimable et avenant. Je recommande cet hotel

Localização perfeita, conforto e qualidade de serviços

We had a Mountain View suite - room 1205. The view across the V&A Waterfront to Table Mountain was spectacular and lovely to have a balcony so we could sit outside and watch the sunsets. The room was huge. A little strange to have a shower with a glass panel through to the entrance corridor, but made it a talking point ! Being right on the main road, it was a little noisy, but not so much so as to disturb us, and worth it for the views. A few steps to the V&A Waterfront. Breakfast was a good range of cold buffet and hot options (savoury and sweet). We also had the option of breakfast at the neighbouring Victoria & Alfred hotel, which served a wonderful breakfast. In both cases, possible to sit outside and enjoy the view of Table Mountain.

Excellent stay with super helpful staff. The hotel is well situated near the V&A waterfront. Rooms are well appointed in a mixture of modern and historical styles. It was a little difficult figuring out the light switches. The staff was very helpful, especially when we had troubles with our tour arrangements. Breakfast is first class and well prepared.

My husband and I spent a lovely 5 nights in this lovely hotel. The staff was most attentive and friendly. Coming from Miami, we were overwhelmed by the kindness of the people. The restaurant Dash was delicious and although you could also have breakfast (until 11 am) at the sister property by the water, we preferred it upstairs. The spa was also lovely. Had a pre-departure pedicure (lying down) and facial. We will be back for sure and will explore the Manor next time.
