Es un hotel que está sumamente céntrico pegado al centro comercial Victoria Wharf, que está lleno de bares, cafés y restaurantes, la gente es muy amable, nosotros sólo desayunamos ahí, pero fue muy agradable, el cuarto es de buen tamaño y cómodo

WARNING : be very careful with your belongings. I suggest do not stay here. The cleaners stole 100$ from my fiances wallet in the room while we were out. We suspected this but didn’t want to accuse at first so we let it go. The next day, the cleaner stole another 100$ from my wallet. They also took a bite from the cookie from my aunts room and left the rest. Insane behavior from cleaning staff. Consider this a warning. Very very bad experience

Firstly the good stuff.. The hotel is in a great location, being only two minutes walk from the V & A Waterfront. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with large bathrooms and plenty of space. We had breakfast in the restaurant during our four night stay and the food was very good, although the service could sometimes be slow, but the restaurant staff were charming and always helpful. But.. You need to be in the right room. When we arrived we were put in a room on the 1st floor directly above the entrance. We guessed it might be a problem when a large group arrived and spent an age chatting noisily below our window, which was only single gazed. We did mention this to reception, but got no more than a shrug of the shoulders in acknowledgement. Unfortunately, the same group left at 05:00 the following morning and spent twenty minutes discussing who was sitting where in the minibus etc. We complained and asked to be moved. Only to be told that this was not possible. After a pause they did say we could have an upgraded room, but only at the full cost uplift of ZAR2000 (about £80) per day. We begrudgingly took it, as this was the only alternative and were moved to a room on the other side of the hotel with a view of the waterfront and Table Mountain. So, be warned. This is a good hotel in a great location if you are in the right room, otherwise it is overpriced for a poor experience. We would have expected better from a 5 star hotel.
