椰子沙灘別墅(Coco Sands Villas)

My wife and I were going to wedding in Coco Beach and came across this hotel. The location is great and is nice area, but security was not the best. The room was very nice and clean. Lot of room and plenty of space for your for your things. Bathroom a little small but GREAT water pressure. The main Bed yeah no, not very comfortable and pillows need work. I would re book there but I know what I am going to get

Our one night pre-cruise stay was WONDERFUL! Kitchen area was perfect, bedding comfortable, TV channel selection was vast. It is a quiet little off the main road villa with access to anything you need. We did rent a budget car to get from MCO to the villa then dropped the car off at the rental car spot. They did offer a shuttle to Carnival terminal. Lady and her son who cleaned were super nice and accommodating when we arrived a little early.

This was a very comfortable quiet area. It was very nicely decorated. Everything was comfortable and very clean. Easy to get to spacious parking. We did not need to do laundry but there was laundry available plus chairs and towels to take to the beach. If we come back to this area for another cruise, this is where I will definitely choose to stay.

This is an amazingly cozy little spot . Tucked away on Tyler, this place has all of the amenities that a beach going family ( CHILDREN INCLUDED) will enjoy. From the vibrant and atomic design if the inside of our unit ( #1), to the patios, provided beach chairs, and mango tree on side, this place is surprisingly iconic at first AND last glance. My wife has been entrapped into the vibe of tropical honeymoon from the very moment we stepped into the villa. Quaint, nice, quiet, attractive, and very gracious hosts . 10/10 and I would DEFINITELY use again.

It was comfortable, clean and cool when we arrived. Also, we woke up late on the day we were supposed to leave and they let us have a little extra time to pack up. Super nice and convenient.

Very quaint, quiet, and well kept unit. Communication with K was always timely- I’m booking this one again!!

We stayed here for a few days prior to boarding our cruise and we had a great time in this little place. So glad we chose this over a traditional hotel! It was perfect for us and two kids-they loved having the bunk beds and an outside area to look for lizards.

It was great they had 2 fold out beds in the living room which let my kids have their own bed. For the price and location you won't find anything close that can sleep 3 people in their own beds.

A cute little retro apar**ent, I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were just in town for one night going to Kennedy Space Center the next day then heading to Key West. The owners were great with communication about where to park and door codes etc. The room/apar**ent was clean and decorated in a retro 50's style. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully supplied with cooking utensils and appliances if you were planning on a longer stay, as I said we just did one night and couldn't take advantage of the amenities. There was even a grill available for cooking out! Further communication was in the room on checkout procedures...They respectfully ask that you ***** the linens from the beds and take out the garbage. All in all a real "homey" feel to the place.
