This was a gift for my dear husband We recived a room whit splash of excrement in the toilet,pubic hair in the shower,and the bed was wet like other person was there and some make the bed…..disappointed ……We spoke with lady maiden and her answer while she was talking by phone …..was an unpolite “go to the front desk “ Even we were change this details mark a different in our experience.

Overall the rooms were clean and the hotel was well maintained. The staff however have the tendency to charge people for multiple rooms when they take your card. Three of my family members were charged multiple times for a single nights stay. Definitely something suspicious going on in regards to charging people's cards for their stay.

The shower gel and conditioner containers were empty. Breakfast is available 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. not 10 p.m.

This was an excellent place to stay! The room was very nice, very clean, and was super spacious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable staying here. The continental breakfast was excellent too before heading out on our adventure at NASA, which was super close by. One of the major deciding factors for choosing this hotel too was electric vehicle charging which was great to be able to take advantage of while staying here. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

This hotel was the perfect place to stay before our cruise. Everything about it was great, from the pool and bar area to the comfortable and clean room and morning buffet. We would definitely return!

Our room had a broken AC unit. The repair man came and said he knew it was too small for the room. We had to move the mattresses onto the floor in front of the unit. When we complained, we got nothing. I was supposed to be credited on my Hilton Honors account for a free night.When I checked my account, I had no points given. VERY UNHAPPY and don't stay here!!!!

The best part about this hotel is the location. I feel for $400 a night it was very overpriced. I arrived a couple hours early and they tried to charge me $30 extra to check in while the room was ready. Outdoor space is good, but they do not have food at the hotel. We seen a dozen families ordering take out. The room was good. No water in the rooms. Breakfast is okay at best. Most people are staying there pre cruise as we were also. They don’t offer a free transfer to the ship which is only a couple miles, but they have a non affiliated transfer that they upsale to you. For the value it wasn’t worth half of the money they charge. We won’t stay again. You just feel like you got taken advantage of in the end.

Flight arrived late so we did not get to check in until 2am. We were treated amazing. Snacks and drinks and check in was fast and easy.

The bedding wasn't cleaned. It had hair on it. There was a young man who came and changed the linen for us. Kids above us kept running around,again at 1.20 am.
