阿尼斯頓Spa飯店(Arniston Spa Hotel)

We had a lovely stay in the RH room. Was so spacious, and such a treat. Felt so lucky to live in the Cape were we can stay at hotels such as this. No shopping centres, no bottle stores, which meant peace and quiet with no reason for anyone to be in the area except for living or staying over for business or on a break. With a view over the sea, watching the fishing boats come in and out - such a treat. Breakfast for a king, kept us full all day. Dinners were also lovely. Thank you to reception, service staff and management for a fantastic stay.

We were treated like royalty. First they upgraded our room to the magnificent VIP suite! Two levels, four balconies, coffee machine, ice machine, fully stocked bar, and from every corner beautiful views overlooking the sea as well as the pool. Staff was adorable!

I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to want to break away from the busy city life. The area are beautiful; the locals very friendly. Don't expect a vibey night life. It is a place to come and relax; be stress free. The staff of the hotel are very friendly. The quality of the food excellent; and the cocktails from the bar a treat.

We always come back to Arniston. It's so relaxing and the setting is beautiful! The Spa is really a bonus. But you need to book in advance if you want to have a treatment. We had the room with see view. Nice and big. The restaurant is also very good. There are nice beaches and a walk to the cave at low tide is a must.

A tester trip that snowballed into wanting to extend my vacation. We journeyed through a few towns and a few hotels to experience the beauty of the Cape. Our stay started off wonky but their service recovery was phenomenal. Room was AMAZING. Food was good in fact some dishes were great. Staff were great. Exploring the village on bicycles, gorgeous beach safe for swimming, exploring the caves were such an unforgettable experience. This is our new destination of choice against the big giants in hospitality. Personal touches every night were such a pleasant surprise. 🥰

Had an amazing stay at the Arniston Hotel. Room and bedding was very comfortable. Bedding gets turned down in the evening and a chocolate 🍫 on your pillow. We had a small fridge in our room with a silent motor 🙏 In the sitting area of our room we got complimentary dessert wine. Our room was sea-facing……….. so beautiful! Restaurant food was good and being my husbands birthday they spoilt us with champagne at breakfast.

Hotel location perfect, restaurant, reception and breakfast spread good. However having asked twice via email and once by phone for possible extra night to be considered I am still waiting for a reply!!!! The VIP suite, which was the only sea facing room available has a very difficult to climb, especially with suitcases, spiral stair case between the floors, the lower level is very "cold" with no atmosphere and there was no Emergency escape plan on the door - as indicated in the welcome pack. This and the fact that the emergency escape route, which we worked out for ourselves, was partially blocked with pool lounger cushions was raised with reception but nothing was done in the short time we were there.

The food was delicious, perfect place to unwind, definitely family friendly . Come with family friends or partner . Beautiful views all around with great ambience and thought out menu. The steak was delicious and the food is to die for . Will be returning .

We last visited the Arniston Hotel 32 years ago and we were as impressed this year as all those years ago! The staff were welcoming and always cheerful and helpful. The rooms were super clean and so comfortable. The bistro restaurant was great in the evenings, super food & wine and super service. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice even including Bucks Fizz! The beach location is beautiful, quiet and the cave nearby is well worth the walk. Altogether a lovely visit and we'd love to visit again, hopefully sooner than in 32 years time!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
