I don't think I ever had such a bad experience at a Marriott hotel. Front desk told me they couldn't find my reservation and even when I showed them the confirmation I got from Expedia they couldn't care less. I called Expedia and their customer service tried to get in touch with the hotel staff. I could hear the phone ringing but the front desk lady would just walk away when it rang. I told her that's Expedia calling to clarify my reservation but she was flat out rude and said that's not the hotel's problem. I asked for a manager, she told me the manager will be there at 6am tomorrow so I can come back then. All of this, while I was at the hotel, late at night, with a hungry and tire toddler. She didn't care and you could tell she hates her job. Half an hour later, the ”absent” manager turned out was actually around. I approached him and, while he was a little more (not much) polite than the front desk lady, he wouldn't want to help and kept on blaming Expedia (he, as well, refused to take call from Expedia escalation manager who was trying to help locating the reservation). It was obvious they have an issue with Expedia, however, they were punishing the customer for that. Eventually Expedia made another reservation with me on the phone and they couldn't claim there is no reservation. The whole check-in experience took 2 hours. Check-out wasn't any more pleasant but there wasn't much there with the exception of the $4.95 fee which they insisted on charging for premium internet, although I tried to explain that, for a Platinum member, premium internet is free.

位置不错, 酒店里面除了房价稍微小点,看起来还算比较干净。赠送早餐跟国内比种类较少,但中国人短期在美国吃的都是个问题。

我走進來,那裏有20個人,可怕的傢伙瘋了,每個人都在10分鐘內進出。他應該得到加薪。他正在削減並很快填寫時間表。給這個人一個RAISE!

I can’t believe this is a Wyndham hotel! It was well located but otherwise very unsatisfactory. Filthy floors- I wore white socks and they were black within minutes. Furniture was straight out of Salvation Army, scratched and mismatched. Totally tacky and in desperate need of upgrading. Moldy tile in bath. Broken door lock to enter building. Elevator tacky with broken flooring and some kind of goopy stuff on the wall. The strategy for cleaning seems to be spraying room deodorizer. No maid service so we had to ask for towels. Husband had to return our used towels before receiving clean ones (were we going to steal them?) We stayed here with our two dogs, $20 each daily (x2). We couldn’t cancel our reservation without losing all money. We payed over $100 daily with pet charges . Noisy hallways, Loud voices and slammed doors at 5 am. Oh! The lobby is a welcoming and modern as a Flop house. Just a terrible dirty crappy place. Never again.

入住後去房間,一股煙味,髒破布,廁所馬桶糞便,牀單髒。去了前台告訴他們,把我們放在另一個房間。另一個房間,牆壁都散了,浴室天花板上發黴,牀破了。泳池關閉,電梯壞了,其他家庭成員因爲電梯壞了不能爬樓梯不得不住另一個房間。沒有早餐,只是一包熱麥片和冷麥片。冰機不行,而且在那裏他們畫了兩套樓梯,而且由於電梯壞了,所以有問題要到房間。酒店正在倒塌,不衛生。唯一好的是工作人員優秀!對酒店做一個主要的修復,並保持優秀的員工。
