聖約翰度假村(Saint John's Resort)

Wasn’t happy with the room, the dinner, or dessert. My fiancée and I hated it so much we checked out at 10 pm and went somewhere else. Room service menu was difficult to find. Was only given one robe instead of two. Not enough towels. Place seemed creepy. If you’re young, don’t stay here. Room was so bad it almost caused a divorce. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Felt like I was living in the 1800’s.

I cannot imagine a better stay. This place has been on my radar for a while as we frequent The Token Lounge in Plymouth for great music. I do not golf so I wanted to stay during the off-season. The Christmas decor was really great. You get the feeling they leave no stone un-turned.

Toilet ran most of the night leading to poor nights sleep. Staff did not resolve the issue. A different room would have quickly fixed the complaint. The use of marble in the bathrooms was a nice touch.

Place was very nice and the rooms were spacious. The hotel restaurant was conveniently located by the lobby and the food was amazing!

This is one of the best facilities. The service is always top notch as well as the facility and amenities offered. They have everything you need onsite so it’s a great spot to make a stay!

Breakfast on weekends is too late. 8 am is far later than other hotels. Coffe in the lobby needs to be set up promptly at 6am. Late setup today.

Wow! What a great stay. A group of 10 of us came for a staycation and it was a perfect time! We hung out in the AMAZING pool with lazy river and hot tub, the pool is so unique and clean and lovely. The staff is incredible. The whole stay was a dream. We ate dinner in the beautiful steakhouse and Bridget was an AMAZING part of our night - she was so great and attentive and patient with us. the whole hotel was decorated in tasteful and timeless Christmas decorations, which was perfect because it snowed the morning we woke up. We finished our evening in the Wine Grotto tasting room with Jennifer the sommelier who was EPIC and made our night so great. We woke up and had breakfast at the steakhouse I would skip breakfast if choosing between dinner and breakfast. Our stay was amazing!

Upon arrival everthing we experienced was impressive. We received a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, it was amazing. Staff is exceptional.

Food at restaurant was awesome, but cold and 20 minutes late (we ordered take-out from our room).
