Lovely little spot to spend the night. Suite was worth it for the space.

Our experience was great the service great the staff was friendly Breakfast was delicious a wide variety something for everyone in the family The room was very clean smelled just as clean ! we loved the fact the room had extra seating in the room there was plenty of desk space for my laptop and paper work My daughter enjoyed the pool and hot I have to admit most hotel pools and hot tubs aren't the most clean and the smell of chlorine will choak you but There pool area was clean the smell of pool chlorine was light it wasn't humidit fresh clean pool towels access to the bathroom for the kids The gym area was just a great very spacious Down in lobby the have a nice little store area where you can purchase snacks small meals drinks a microwave to make your food prices were reasonable The televisions have great quality and get selection of apps internet TV local channels and more

at fairfield inn the guy on night shift was awesome and the king suite was nice but the regular rooms do.not have microwaves

I emailed Marriott immediately after the stay, and after a month, I have still not heard back. This review is my opinion. Booked this hotel, because I was skiing in the area and it boasted a hot tub. When checking in, we asked the clerk for a quiet area of the hotel. She assured us it was mostly utility workers and it would be quiet. It was not. Everybody was crammed on the same area of the first floor, and the utility workers all had their doors propped open and kept knocking and banging and running back and forth all night. The hot tub was broken. The dial was missing. The clerk said it had been broken for a while. I asked if maintenance could fix, she said maintenance was not on the property and not available. The pool area also have tiny ants and remnants of a gritty substance. They were other issues, but review is the best I can do after a month. Biggest disappointment besides the hot tub, was the clerk put us in a crammed area after we specifically asked to be in a quiet portion of the hotel. Additionally I emailed Marriott directly immediately after the stay, and they never emailed me, nor gave me a phone call.

The hotel in general was not clean. We had to ask for more towels and washcloths each day of our stay as they do not replace them each day. Hotel was very outdated.

Overall it was great! The staff was very friendly. It was a very busy weekend at this hotel and only one elevator. There was a homeless camp set up right behind the hotel.

This was afree for all. A hockey team with parents were staying at hotel as well. Kids screaming, playing hockey in lobby common area. People took over common areas and were loud until very late in the night. Terrible nights sleep. The bathroom was dirty,, just wasn't a good stay. Won't be visiting again

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good with a lot of different options, and the staff was exceedingly friendly. The hotel was convenient to the Capitol Center for the Arts and several dining options. I would stay there again.
