Villa Maria Apartments

Es gibt sie noch die Orte, an denen Tradition, Charm, Liebe und Eleganz zu einer wunderbaren und zunehmend rarer werdenden Symbiose der Gastlichkeit zusammenkommen - ein solcher Ort ist die Villa Maria in Cannobio. Ein Empfang, als wären wir schon oft da gewesen, obwohl es unser erster Besuch war - Eine Aufmerksamkeit und Servicebereitschaft, die jeden Wunsch schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt - Eine wundervolle und ruhige Lage direkt am See mit einem Ausblick, der in eine andere Zeit versetzt und nicht zuletzt ein Frühstück, das an Sorgfalt und Stil kaum zu übertreffen ist. All dies waren unsere Empfindungen zu unserem Aufenthalt und sollte sich die Gelegenheit ergeben, werden wir gerne wiederkommen.

We were staying for 2 nights at Villa Maria in Cannobio. Claudia was wonderful, with warm welcome. Everything we needed was fulfilled by her. The room was special and large, every little detail was in place, gives you the feeling you are in a dream. The location is great, there's a closed parking lot,the breakfast is great. We recommend this place totally.

We spent a very happy week here in June 2023 staying in an apar**ent with a lake view terrace ( room 7). All reception staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. The room and public areas were spotlessly clean with a very comfortable air conditioned room. The kitchenette was well equipped although we always ate out at one of the many bars and restaurants within a short walk. On arrival the Wi-Fi was not working due to recent weather out of the hotel’s control but we were kept well informed and brought a glass of wine on the terrace as a goodwill gesture. Staff were able to offer tips on places to see and visit and give restaurant recommendations. Thankyou Villa Maria 😊😊😊

De sfeer van de oude villa is ondanks de moderne stijl nog voelbaar. Hotel ligt perfect: aan het water en aan het einde van de boulevard waardoor alles op loopafstand bereikbaar is. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader voor een weekje dolce vita.
