克里可馬爾科姆飯店(The Malcolm Hotel)

Had a lovely stay at The Malcolm. I really enjoyed their heated pool and hot tub as the view is amazing. I also used their gym which was fairly small but did the trick. They definitely need to install blinds in the gym as the sun beats right into the windows. As the majority of builds in Canmore, the building is wood framed and The Malcolm is no exception. Therefore I paid extra for a premium room with a balcony and called beforehand to request the top floor. Noise would definitely be an issue during a busy weekend. I stayed during the week and it was quiet. I really enjoyed the balcony with the view of the 3 sisters. If you are vegan, I suggest meal prepping as they do have a fridge in the room. I had to request using a microwave which was met with some weirdness but I did give feedback that they do not offer vegan options and therefore I had no choice. Overall, Canmore is not overly plant-based friendly but there are some options.

I didn’t like the fact that it was too noisy. Specially if your room is close to the swimming pool. I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t notified. There was going to be pets in the same floor I stayed you could hear dogs barking first thing in the morning and all the time

We stayed at the Malcom Hotel during our trip to Banff and couldn't have been happier with our choice. First, the location is amazing- it's within walking distance to Canmore's downtown area which has lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes. Second, the views are incredible and the area itself is SO much calmer than Banff; we liked Canmore so much that we decided to spend a few days in the area rather than going to Banff where it was much more crowded (but only 15 minutes away). The hotel itself is stunning. It's clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I highly recommend a mountain-facing room but honestly, I don't think there's a bad view in the building. The onsite food was wonderful, the onsite café, The Pulse, has amazing coffee, and the staff were all very friendly. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who's planning a trip to Banff or Canmore.

My Husband and I stayed here for three nights, and we couldn't have been more happier. We loved everything about our stay; the room service was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the view (despite the smoke and rain), we were able to see the mountains on our last night there and spent time on the roof top in the pool and hot tub just enjoying the view. wow amazing!! Our patio was also in view of the mountains with a river running in the back. It was absolutely stunning. I give this hotel a 5 star rating.

We love the rooftop pool, hottubs and firepit. It's also nice you get complimentary robes, slippers for your stay, as well as water and nespresso coffee. The beds are very comfortable, games area is fun and the views spectacular. Breakfast buffet is pricy but excellent quality food and variety.

This was our first time at this property. Accommodations were beautiful and the hot tub and pool area was stunning. Great location close to everything and the staff was amazing

Check in process was quick and easy, parking and bike storage was convenient. Room and pool facilities were very nice. Only complaint would be the temperature of our room as the air conditioning didn't cool the room down very much at night.

This stay was well worth the money, the staff were all so helpful and cheery, location is amazing and the food I. The restaurant and lounge was amazing!

Beautiful rooms in a stunning location. The staff was super friendly and the amenities were perfect. Best hotel in the area by far!
