Hyatt Place Goa Candolim

• One of the best resorts I've stayed in till date. • A very good lobby and reception. • The resort looks heavenly during the night because of the lights it is surrounded by(very aesthetic). • Fanastic breakfast buffet. • Amazing pool. • There is a beach just 500 metres away from the resort and so it was real convenient for us. • The hospitality of the staff in this resort is the best of all hotels/resorts I have visited. • Overall experience 10/10.

We visited the Hotel Hyatt Place Goa Candolim in January 2024 on a family vacation. It's a beautiful property at the best location in Candolim. Our stay was really amazing with a great experience and a comfortable stay. The hospitality of the staff was commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed buffet Morning breakfast and dinner with lots of varieties. Extremely hygienic. The staff specially Chaitanya, Manisha, Saharuk were very much helpful in taking care and ensuring a memorable visit. The famous Candolim beach is very near to the hotel and within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

My stay at this Hotel turned into a nightmare, exacerbated by a lack of response from Goibibo regarding the numerous issues I encountered. From insects crawling in the room to rude staff, stained floors, slow service, faulty phone lines, and a noisy corridor, it was a litany of disappointments. The sudden 3 am phone ring due to technical issues was the tipping point, leaving me sleepless and shaken. This hotel deserves no more than 2 stars, considering there are better and cheaper options available. Avoid this establishment if you value your sanity and comfort.

From the checkin experience which was swift to the tea with a special mention to Obed who provided us tea like believe me the same I have at home catering to my every need of how my ginger is boiled and the help from all of front desk to provide a car to travel around Goa was an absolute pleasure and I’d love to have stayed longer but if it’s Goa then it’s Obed and his tea at Hyatt place and no where else to me 😁😁❤️❤️

A comfortable hotel with good, clean facilities. The hotel swimming pool is on the smallish size and not enough sunloungers for more than 10 hotel guests at a time. Breakfast was OK - a variety of options though I’ve had better quality. For the price point of this hotel however, the breakfast isn’t anything to complain about. The hotel is located on the Main street of the resort, with plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby. Across the main entrance of the hotel is the walkway that leads you to the beach - a short three minute walk.

It’s such a very terrible experience with the staff of this hotel. I cancelled my booking there before 3-4 days on call but at that time they didn’t inform me to cancel it via app. They even didn’t inform that ur amount has been deducted and now expecting that I should inform them on the same day the deduction has made. Very rude staff . Not helpful at all

Great service and food.I stayed here for almost a week during my goa trip with my family and i had amazing time at this hotel.Food is amazing and staff i so humble and very helpful.I liked their arcade area and lobby bar and best part is swimming pool where we spent most of our time with sipping on fantastic cocktails served in the pool.

Worst of Hyatt hotel I have been to, the only good thing about the hotel is it is situated in Candolim(north Goa) it should ideally be rebranded at a 3 star hotel. Hotel design is not good. I booked a suite and it was unlike a suite very ordinary suite with ordinary furnishings etc. Reception staff is very aggressive and we’re not allowing my guests in the room without id.

Stayed a few days at this new hotel which is in a very good location in Candolim only a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with excellent English. The rooms are quite large and well equipped. Nice enough pool area but please have more than one umbrella for shade! The breakfast was excellent with large selection of Indian and Western food. Being vegan, there were many choices in the Indian breakfast and a big thanks to the head chef who kept me right and even made some separate dishes for me. Overall a good choice.
