坎昆浪漫飯店

4日間滞在のうちの2日間はまともに使えるエレベーターが1/4でした。残りの2日間も2/4は客室のある階からロビーに降りることはできるけどロビーから客室階に上がることはできず、非常に不便でした。 また食事があまり美味しくなかったり、利用できるレストランが限定されていたり、オールインクルーシブとは言えルームサービスは有料で飲み物も有料のものが多かったです。 何が利用できるのかアプリで確認しなければいけないのも結構面倒でしたが、どこもそういうものなのでしょうか…？ 部屋はきれいで快適でしたが、壁がとても薄く、隣の部屋の普通の話し声も聞こえてしまうのでとても気を使いました。 もう一度泊まることはないかなと思います。

雖然酒店開業時間比較長了，房間的裝修比較老式。但是這個酒店的服務是非常棒的，所有的要求都滿足，沒有任何推辭。甚至我們退房以後由於某些原因又想回去待一會兒他們也答應了。我們訂的泄湖房間，面向馬路，可能由於以前建築標準的問題，隔音比較差，晚上車流聲比較吵。本來想降低我對這個酒店的評分，但是由於他們完美的服務，我仍然給全5分。加上完美的沙灘🏖️值得推薦，下次如果來一定訂海景房。

酒店位置非常好，位於7字形酒店區中心位置，可以充分感受美麗碧藍的加勒比海，房間乾淨整潔，酒店提供收費接送機，自助早餐很贊。

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

The room was large and clean. Breakfast was good, but expensive. Staff was friendly. Comfortable beach.

總體不錯，每晚有演出，今晚是拉丁，吃飯全包，意大利餐廳的beef很好吃，海鮮披薩一般。工作人員中有一個墨西哥小夥子又高又帥會中文30歲，中文名字叫蘇偉，服務特別好，漢語説得流利人又nice，他還有一個漂亮的鼻釘兒。自助午餐也挺好吃，自助早餐一般。海豚表演🐬特別好！

房間還算不錯給升級了，海景很棒，但是設施有些陳舊，酒店稍微有點吵，酒店的服務很不錯！可選擇的餐廳和可以，吃的一般不過全包酒店都一般，酒店人很多，是性價比很高的酒店！

硬件是不錯了，但是服務的感覺讓人感到有點冷淡又油膩（是的，這兩種感覺居然還能結合起來，它的反義詞就是親切而自然），所以住的不是很舒服。賓館內部活動出門要坐高爾夫車也不太方便。對於度假來說，想要的硬件都有了，但是獨缺了一種休閑放鬆的氛圍，而這往往又是度假最需要的。 想出門衹能讓前台幫忙打車，來的都是巨大的SUV，幾分鐘路程二三十美金起跳，出去吃頓飯車費比飯費還貴。
