美洲嘉年華坎昆別墅飯店(Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas)

The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

年数はそれなりに経っていますが、料金はお手頃だと思います。 ビーチが穏やかで綺麗でした。 また、町に出るのに便利な立地です。

The room is dated, however, it has everything you need -the location of this property is outstanding. It’s nice to have a swimmable beach (vs the crashing waves on the other side). The staff is amazing - Luis on the beach was great! Also, their Spa is very nice - I had an awesome massage by Shiela!

Perfect location for this hotel in Cancun. We wanted to book a non all-inclusive resort and this checked all our boxes. It is near all the restaurants and walking distance from Coco Bongo, Chedraui super market, many great bars and restaurants. The great thing was their beach and it is amazing to swim. Also they provide free access to laundry for guests which was a big win for us to wash and dry our swimming costumes and other clothes. We also had a kitchen so i could make my own tea and breakfast. We definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a non all inclusive hotel to stay.

Me pareció muy bonita, amplia, muy limpia y un gran servicio por parte de todo el personal, muy bien ubicada en zona hotelera. Lo único malo son las personas que te quieren vender si o si un tiempo compartido.

Nos ha gusto mucho la estadía allí, pero deberían ser menos insistentes en la venta del club vacacional. Nos llamaban al cuarto cuando estábamos durmiendo, 3 veces al dia para poder tener la reunion de oferta de club vacacional. Creo que eso no molestó bastante.

Our room's ground was leaking which caused mold smell and the bedding felt wet, even our clean clothes felt damp as we hang them in the closet. Overall, this hotel is old and in bad conditon.

Ótimo flat p ficar em família! Bem completo! Louça, torradeira e panelas! A praia é a mais bonita q já fomos em Cancún! Atendimento muito bom! Funcionários sempre à disposição! Quartos enormes, pegamos com 3 suites, acomoda até 10 pessoas tranquilamente! Foi uma estadia muito boa! Comida do restaurante tbm aprovada!!!!
