Очень понравился отель. Отличное расположение и хороший пляж. Большие номера. Оптимальное соотношение цены и качества.

I absolutely had a wonderful time on my vacation. The building and grounds are beautiful and the artwork is exquisite. I enjoyed both Katia's warm smile and generosity as well as the other woman who speaks english, but I didn't catch her name. I really loved speaking with her as she has a very strong and kind spirit. I noticed throughout my stay that there is 24hr security on site as I get up randomly throughout the night. When the AC stopped working in my room I was offered a different room with working AC, but I was comfortable in my suite and the night air was good enough to keep me cool until the next morning when they fixed it. I felt very welcomed, safe, and appreciated. They get 5 stars from me.

I want to thank all the Casa Turquesa staff for our amazing stay. After being in Playa del Carmen and Tulum, we spent only one night at Casa Turquesa to enjoy our last day at the Zona Hotelera. Once we arrived, they offered us one of their suites, knowing upfront that they were still improving this room, so there were some things and faucets that were not working well, and in our case, that was ok because we were not looking for "the perfect spot" and as long as the place is decent and good to have a nice sleep. We planned to spend the afternoon on the beach and go out at night, and we were not looking for the "boutique fancy hotel" common in the area. That's why I mentioned that this hotel is only for some, and if you are expecting a spotless modern place with no imperfections, go somewhere else and spend more. This place, with its many sculptures and pictures, reminds us of movies from the '80s. The sunrise was amazing, and we could enjoy it from our bed. The suite was huge with 3 rooms, including a living room, kitchen with a dining table, and the main room with a big balcony that included a hot tub to enjoy the afternoon or evening. The bathroom was huge, with all the amenities possible. The water pressure was normal, but again, we were not expecting perfection, and as a result, we got a luxury room that might need to be updated. However, in the imperfections, you will find this place lovely. We will come back again.

Localização muito bom , excelente. Mas o hotel parece meio abandonado. Esqueci uma bermuda lá e dois tentando telefonar ninguém atende , mandei e-mail e não obtive resposta, a bermuda é importante pra mim e sigo na esperança que me devolvam . Atendimento ok , ar condicionado e cama muito bons . Pra não haver decepção o negócio é ir preparado e com espírito livre . Nessas condições eu voltarei com certeza . La ubicación es muy buena, excelente. Pero el hotel parece estar medio abandonado. Olvidé un bañador allí y he estado intentando llamar pero nadie responde, envié un correo electrónico y no he recibido respuesta. El bañador es importante para mí y sigo esperanzado de que me lo devuelvan. El servicio está bien, el aire acondicionado y la cama son muy buenos. Para no llevarme decepciones, es mejor ir preparado y con mente abierta. En estas condiciones, definitivamente volveré.

El personal es amable, la propiedad está muy abandonada, las toallas y sábanas están muy viejas , los baños están sumamente antiguos e inservibles , las terrazas tienen un jacuzy y ninguno funciona .. en general por el precio ubicación está bien , pero la calidad de la propiedad es pésima

El lugar está bien, solo tuve un problema a la hora de facturar ya que hice el pago por adelantado y Expedía no les hace llegar el total de lo que se pagó, sino que ******* toma su comisión por adelantado y solo le depositan la parte que le corresponde al hotel. Nunca paguen por adelantado a Expedía si van a requerir factura, no deberían de hacer eso pero lo hacen impunemente.

Tuve que dejar la propiedad 2 noches antes ya que su olor ácido amoníaco me provocó dolor de cabeza y náuseas aparte de que me dieron otra habitación de la que reservamos o sea que le regalamos dos Niches

Clima demasiado frio, y si la corte se ve mucho condensación y el suelo va muy peligroso porque muy resbaladizo. La carta del restaurante esta vieja, ilegible y deberia ser a disposición en la habitación en place de esperar 30mn para ver que no me gusta. La zona parece muerta en este temporada mientras es festivo en Playa del Carmen de donde vengo.

La propiedad tiene una vista al mar inigualable, la habitación es enorme aunque las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, la parte del balcón tiene un jacuzzi que no sirve al igual que la tina de baño no tenia tapón para que permaneciera llena, mi estancia fue muy corta pero estuvimos a gusto con lo que pudimos apreciar, el staff muy cálido y profesional.
