Fiesta Party Hostel - Cancun

Excelente servicio, las instalaciones están super cómodas, recomiendo ampliamente el uso de habitaciones compartidas ya que es más fácil crear amistades cercanas y genuinas, me voy de aqui con la mejor experiencia, gran parte de ella se debe a francisca que hizo todo lo posible para que fuera una experiencia fantástica, sin duda alguna volveré a visitarlos pronto

I was assaulted by the staff at the reception desk after I was told I had to leave for "suspected" drug use(I asked the staff what drug I was using and the staff could not even tell me the name of the drug). The staff wanted me to pay for six nights remaining that I would not be staying for because they were kicking me out for absolutely no reason. Obviously, I continually refused to pay for the six nights remaining. Then a staff member jumped on my back and I threw him to the ground; then literally 10-15 people started attacking me; one person stuck out his middle knuckle and punched me directly in the eye while there were at least three people holding and/or kicking each of my limbs(I was mostly focused on the person that I threw to the ground who I was putting my weight on underneath me who was trying to choke me out and trying to crank my neck. After a little hospital trip for my eye, I immediately returned to the hostel and found out the staff had taken my passport from my room which had been missing for two days(I asked for my "ID" while I was only expecting them to have my US state ID which I did give them at check-in which they also had) and of course, the receptionist tried to argue that I did give them both my passport and state ID at check-in which would have left me without any identification... It's the first fight I've ever lost you if you put being assaulted by 10-15 people in the loss column...

It's NOT A SAFE PLACE. I stayed last night in the private room which is in the other building. At 3 am there was two guys FIGHTING in the bathroom, one trying to RAPE the other guy. I heard the sound of punches in the face and horrible screams for help. I was alone in the room scared to death. I called the reception number that I found on their facebook page few times and noone was replying. It's impossible to contact them in case of emergency at night. One of the guys was not even a hostel guest as it turned out later. Seems like anyone from the street can enter or other person can bring whoever to the hostel. Some half an hour later police came. They left around 4 am. I heard people talking downstairs and as I assumed the situation calmed down I went downstairs. One guy had his face massacred. They kicked out both guys, told me to close the door. It normally is open all night, just the garden door closed. The bathroom was full of blood stains. Needless to say I was too scared to sleep or go out of the room or even to go to the bathroom till the sunrise. I asked for the money back because I didn't feel I was safe and they just left the bathroom full of blood, they cleaned it hours later after I complained. The owner said it's not possible because I stayed in the room the rest of the night. She was quite arrogant and seemed no to recognize the gravity of the situation that I went through. It was WORST EXPERIENCE ever. I was fearing for my life.

I had so much fun at this hostel!! The staff really make the experience they are so friendly and helpful! I wouldn't have had such a good time if it wasn't for Candela. As we booked to go to two events through her she also came along and we literally had the best time with her!! It was also very helpful to have some one who knows the area to show us around and make us feel safer and more comfortable during our first time in cancun. We now have some great memories because of this place and the staff! The excursions you can book through the hostel are great value for money too.

My favourite place to stay in Cancun. Just love this hostel and the vibe it brings. Always good party there and nice staff. Especially Marcelo is always there for good jokes and party animation. Thanks- I`ll be back!!!

Absolutely recommend. From when you first walk in to when you leave they are getting you engaged in fun and slamming delicious drinks. Lucy is an absolutely bombshell and slanged drinks for me and the friends all night.

What a terrific cultural experience!!! The bartender was so nice and the rooms and environment was perfect. Special shout-out to LUcy was amazing and definitely made us feel welcome. Would 10/10 recommend! Also next to many cool things. Cheep tacos and beer and shots, come here to party.

Me encanto el hostel y el bar! Excelente compañía, me divertí muchísimo, Axel y Sabri re copados! Muy buena la ubicación y la limpieza del lugar, las camas super cómodas, lo recomiendo, sin dudas volvería!

La pase de lo mejor sobre todo con la compañía de César el fotógrafo y armando buena vida, mara y Franjhelly que se portaron a todo dar conmigo , me isieron sentir como en casa🤗 sin dudarlo me volveré a hospedar en este lugar para la próxima, todo muy limpio y el bar se pone de lo mejor convives con demasiadas personas de todo el mundo❤️
