奧沙克湖舒眠飯店及套房(Sleep Inn & Suites Lake of the Ozarks)

Due to the severe weather I decided to stay the night in a hotel close to my work and travel home the next day. I stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites for the first time and will definitely go back! The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted me no matter where I was in the hotel (including the cleaning staff). My room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was free and offered a great variety of food. The parking was close to the entrance so I did not have to carry my bag very far. Love this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Everything was great. Pool an hot tub were awesome. Breakfast was great the guy serving it was super friendly and very polite. Front desk was very nice an prompt about Everything

Great room with the amenities that we needed. Staff was really awesome. Breakfast food could have been a bit better but the serving staff were the best. Very clean room just need some updates. Only things I would change were: bigger tv; king size room with jacuzzi should have a king size tv or multiple TVs. Shower head in bathroom leaking from front of head; probably just needs a new head and it’s good to go. Could have used another chair/couch/or foot stand for arm chair. Would recommend for a nice couples spot on the cheap and would return for sure. Thanks again to the staff, grade A, give’em a raise.

Management was absolutely terrible. We paid online ahead of time and requested a 1pm checkout. The night manager said it was in the notes. The next morning, at 10:30am the day manager sent someone up to get us out. I called her to let her know we had a late checkout and she said NO WAY CAN I DO THAT. She saw it in the notes, she said, but would not allow a late checkout. The place was completely empty, most of the cars were gone and there was no reason in the world she could not accommodate us except that she was petty. The bed was super lumpy and uncomfortable, the sink drained slowly and the toilet was about a foot off the ground - super hard to stand up with bad knees. Never again.

It was clean. The staff was amazing and friendly. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again.

Very happy with our stay. We will definitely be back. Super clean, very friendly, just a perfect experience.

Breakfast was terrible, biscuits were tasteless, English muffin fell apart in your hands, typical canned sausage gravy would be nice if you had fresh fruit juice

Night check in was really easy. Great attitude and friendly.pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was good too.

Staff was amazing! Friendly, kind and professional. The bed was so comfy and hotel quiet and clean. Great price- and deluxe breakfast. Lovely stay!
