房間和酒店環境都非常好,周邊很安靜樓下有個咖啡廳很有格調,我們訂的是家庭公寓房帶廚房,自己做了兩次早餐體驗很好。跟前台説了想續一晚,前台人員查了電腦好久也沒説是否可以,然後讓我等消息會郵件通知我,結果等到晚上都沒任何消息,我們衹好第二天換到另一家酒店,作為工作人員無論什麼結果難道不應該告知一下客人嗎?這是基本的職業素養。
The male staff with Asian - looking at reception asked me to be noticed about the family room availability for Aug 1 , he said he would let me know via email, but I got nothing to be noticed in the end. I therefore had to change to another hotel on the following day.
