劍橋北普瑞米爾飯店（格頓）(Premier Inn Cambridge North (Girton))

進入我們的房間後，我們注意到一股令人無法接受的強烈化學氣味，就像樟腦丸一樣。它是如此強烈，以至於我們立即離開了房間！接待處告訴我們，由於飯店已滿，我們無法更換房間，但確實提供了在房間內噴灑極強空氣清新劑的解決方案。之後一個小時我們將無法進入房間。這兩種化學氣味的混合是不可接受的，尤其是對於反應性氣道。我們在谷歌上搜尋了樟腦丸的氣味，並決定為了健康著想，我們不會留在房間裡。我們詢問接待員是否可以轉移到附近的另一家 Premier Inn，因為這家飯店沒有其他房間，但她告訴我們不能這樣做。此外，無法提供退款。我們別無選擇，只能以最後一刻的預訂價格在其他地方購買住宿。完全不可接受，因為這根本不是我們的錯，這種氣味可能有毒。

到達後，一位禮貌的年輕女士將我們帶到了房間。第一印像是，由於行動不便，我預訂了一間無障礙家庭房，但被分配到了一樓的雙床房！在網上查了一下，這是一個更便宜的房間，所以我們會在周一與預訂團隊討論這個問題。房間裡非常冷，當我們詢問時，被告知有洩漏問題，因此正在修理暖氣。晚上7點左右播出。附屬的 Beefeater 餐廳也受到與降雨相關的洩漏/洪水的影響，因此餐廳的部分區域停止服務。最初被告知，因為我們沒有預訂，所以沒有可用的桌子，但當我說我們在預訂酒店時沒有被要求預訂桌子時，情況很快就改變了，我們被帶到了一張桌子旁。我嘗試訂購的前 2 種商品不可用，因此作為素食主義者，只能選擇沙拉，這並不理想。然而;餐桌服務員很高興，但顯然感受到了與不滿的顧客打交道幾個小時的壓力。我會再住在這裡嗎？可能不會。我會推薦這家餐廳嗎？絕對不。這是我們最近第三次使用它，發現了一個受限的選單。繼續成為客戶的原因是位置便利，靠近 Family 和 M11。今天的服務水準如此之差，必須重新考慮這一點！

從開始到結束都很棒。房間又大又乾淨，Premier Inn總是保證您睡個好覺！早餐很棒，他們建議提前預訂，但我是那裡唯一的一個人。朱利安是值班的工作人員，他很聰明，無法提供更多幫助。我有過敏症，他確保我擁有我需要的一切。停車不是問題，有很多可用空間。如果需要的話，附近有一家塞恩斯伯里百貨公司。當我回到該地區時，我肯定會再次留在這裡。

很棒的飯店、酒吧和餐廳。安靜的房間，舒適的床，遮光百葉窗。接待處和隔壁酒吧的工作人員都很棒。食物很好，價格也很合理，早餐很便宜，無限量的茶和咖啡，太棒了。特別值得一提的是酒吧經理和他的員工，他們竭盡全力提供協助。他們經常很忙，但總是抽出時間來專心和風度翩翩。好地方，每次來劍橋都會住在這裡。

由於我們在阿登布魯克醫院的預約較晚，因此我們認為將其與晚上外出相結合是一個好主意，而不是因為距離太晚而回家。這家旅館的位置很好，和往常一樣，Premier Inn 沒有讓人失望！舒適的房間，還有完整的餐廳和酒吧，我們在那裡吃了一頓愉快的飯。

Good and comfortable bed. Desk. Storage good. However the room was dull, slightly noisy and depressing. Sorry. Premier Inn needs a face lift and new decor. The annexed Beefeater was a disaster. Smelly, unmanned and the shut for the duration. Couldn't get breakfast.

This hotel is my go-to whenever I'm in Cambridge for work. The rooms are super clean and come with pretty much everything you need. Staff is always cool and helpful. Plus, it's in a sweet spot, so if you're driving, everything's pretty nearby.

Hotel was fine, facilities and service as expected. The Evening meal in the Beefeater next door was poorly cooked and service was slow, we had to go and find the staff on the door after a five minute wait. Breakfast by contrast was cooked to order and good quality.

Premier Inn is our goto Hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights last week for our first visit to Cambridge. We chose this one because there is a bus stop right outside and is very convenient for visiting city centre. This needs to be highlighted more on their website. Parking was easy and is another plus point. The first mornings breakfast was good but the only downside was my porridge arrived at same time as the cooked ...hence only 4 stars. However our last meal on Thursday evening Arthur our server was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Arthur it means a lot when you are cheerful and friendly. We would highly recommend this PI for anybody visiting Cambridge. Again the importance of the bus routes for those of a certain age should be highlighted and emphasised more on your website. Thanks for a great stay and a typical PI experience.
