Great place to stay during the trip to Boston, takes 10 minutes drive/ 30 mins subway to get to Downtown

酒店不能早點check in，所以我4:30左右進去，休息了一下，出去，和兒子逛了逛Boston，回來睡覺，但是醒來的時候大概是凌晨2:00 ，空調壞了，去前台換了個房間，道歉。。。不要用。。。

Horrible book I will never stay at this location again 1000.00 for two nights guest have no special accommodations or features everything seems like it’s focused on outsiders including the pop up bar no room service no help when asked where to eat or shop just terrible I asked for a room with a tub did not get that either.

Très bel endroit pour visiter Boston. Coin tranquille, avec un centre d'achat annexé au bâtiment. Facile de se rendre à Boston à pied ou en transport en commun à 17 min de marche. Restaurant sur place ou d'autre choix excellents dans les environs. Chambres confortables et propres. WI-FI qui fonctionne très bien. C'était une première fois à Boston et je choisirais à nouveau cet hôtel pour séjourner, je recommende.

I made a specific reservation for a specific room due being my wedding day and as soon as we arrived they told us the room we reserved was not available and apparently a “VIP” was coming, and they couldn’t accommodate and respect my reservation no matter what. They only offered to decrease the rate and give us a smaller room or get a $100 dlls card for the restaurant. Come on!!!! It was my wedding day. If you truly care about your reservation, please, do not book in here! You never know if they will be respecting or not your reservation doesn’t matter if you already paid for it.

The room was super noisy, had to ask front desk twice to look into it as it sounded like a party was happening below us or next door to us. Sink was stopped up needed maintenance to come and clear it up. I think the most annoying thing was no one answered the front desk phone to hear my complaints I had to go down twice and wait on a long line in my pajamas to let someone know we needed assistance and that was what really was unfortunately. We had driven 6 hours to get there and it was just alot of unexpected “work” where I just wanted to relax.
