Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (20.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 19.Mar.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 650 m, supermarket, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Viareggio" 11.8 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 9.4 km.
