金蘭的海灘飯店

Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

酒店環境沒得説，但是服務意識真的跟不上啊，辦入住的時候因為一點誤會，態度差到差點吵架😂。不過最後順利解決。 從攜程上訂的兩個一樓房間，但是入住後給我一間二樓一間一樓，從攜程軟件上預訂明顯兩個房型價格相差了近200，酒店方堅持説我沒有提前備註是要兩間一樓客房，二樓也是一樣的不存在價差（這和預訂時候的訊息不一致，當時是想住在一樓方便，所以才加價訂的一樓），好在最後解決了。

The hotel is amazing! Villas are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and always try to help. I would especially like to mention the managers Ha Nguyen and Viet Nguyen, who made our stay as comfortable as possible and solved all our problems. Really nice hotel situated around 2/3 miles from the airport. The location was ideal for an early flight and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were fabulous. They told me where to go to replace an electrical item and even set it up on Google Maps for me to follow. The rooms were basic, but most importantly clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price you’ll pay for a night there especially if you have an early flight to catch. You’ll not find any better in the area for value for money.

Mr Dinh, Mr. Tam, Mr. Hien, Mr. Y, Mr Plong very friendly and attentive to details. Making sure everyone is happy. Always welcome guests with huge smile and trying to get to know every single of us. Hotel, food, beach absolutely amazing. Totally recommend Swandor resort and spa because is little parade when you can chill, enjoy your time.

兩週前，我們一家人在這個度假村度過了一個週末。這對全家人來說是一個美好的假期。他們擁有寬敞的別墅，配有起居和用餐區，我們可以在那裡聚會並共度時光。我們喜歡可以直接看到高爾夫球場和大海的房間。孩子們非常喜歡這裡的泳池，他們花了一整天的時間游泳，從我們別墅的私人泳池到餐廳外的主泳池，我們在那裡享用了美味的早餐和有史以來最好的咖啡，還有海灘俱樂部的2 個巨大泳池。一個泳池很淺，適合孩子們玩耍，另一個泳池中間有一個湯碗，我們可以爬上去欣賞大海的全景。海灘俱樂部超級超級大，我猜它和我們去過的Bai Dai地區的其他度假村的大小一樣，有一個巨大的草坪，他們正在為夜間活動搭建（我猜大約有1000人）。這是我們去過的最大的度假村，景觀最好。今年夏天我們一定會回來！

Good location, convenient for international airport and city and also near sea foods restaurants beautiful private beach, 5 star resort hotel, good furniture, pool is wonderful with salt water, full facilities but they need to improve service and add more services.
