馬達瓦爾馬略卡瑞吉度假飯店(The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort)

Give this place a pass. Beyond the fact that this is the farmed plain salmon from a personal chef of luxury resort we encountered a variety of failures and issues and a general incompetence and total lack of training on their own facility amongst the staff. The butler was energetic and friendly in a false, say our name back to us 18 times in 3 minutes way, and then both failed to deliver in the very small request we made at the start (honey for the tea to the room) and generally said she did not know in answer to almost any question and directed us to other staff who typically gave us the wrong answer. They failed to reconfirm our hard fought for reservation for our 30th anniversary sunset dinner across the island so after a half hour drive we were refused at the gate of the truly beautiful and luxurious Cap Rocat. This was eventually sorted after an hour wait but through the entire ordeal the only apology came from the manager of the restaurant at the Cap Rocat. Never our sub par hotel. Big. Sterile. Lack of attention to finish details. A sad state of affairs for a brand that sued to hold some prestige and clearly not appropriators to the cost (1-1.5k). and even just getting to the room is an ordeal as they managed to design the garage to Bosse t the hotel so you must go down then up then take and elevator. I have never needed anyone to show me to my room but here it was required. And long and inconvenient.

Wir haben kurz nach Saisoneröffnung vier Nächte hier verbracht. Das Hotel ist sensationell, wunderbarer Garten und Top Zimmer. Den ebenfalls tollen SPA konnten wir wegen des schönen Wetters nicht allzu viel besuchen, schade. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge per Mietwagen optimal, man ist in 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn. So positiv eingestelltes Personal wie im St. Regis haben wir noch selten erlebt. Wir haben viermal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und wurden herzlich und professionell bedient. Speziellen Dank an Marina! Grosse Wiederholungsgefahr!

Mitte November haben wir meinen Geburtstag auf Mallorca nachgefeiert und haben die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels genossen. Tolle Situation beim Abendessen, super Service - und genial: Haben draußen im weiterschönen Garten frühstücken können und später noch am Pool gelegen. Eine tolle gepflegte Anlage! Wir haben sofort wieder für die Osterferien im neuen Jahr gebucht und freuen uns darauf! Herzliches Dankeschön für das schöne Erlebnis 🙏

Cogimos la oferta de day pass para el spa y muy bien. Todo perfecto, el personal muy amable. Buenas instalaciones y un ambiente muy tranquilo, había muy poquita gente lo que te hacía estar más relaja. El único pero es que me faltan más chorros en la piscina. Solo había dos que son para el cuello. Lo que compensa el jacuzzi que tiene mucha potencia. Una experiència para repetir

비수기에 방문해서 사람이 많이 없었어서 리조트 시설 이용이 편했슴. 버틀러해주시는 henry, sabina와 렌트카 관련 max지배인 외에 모든 직원분들이 너무 친절하세요ㅜㅜ

Just at at the beautiful beachside restaurant and whilst the food was full of amazing flavours, I was very disappointed with our treatment. My chicken, though delicious, was really undercooked (almost raw in places)! The lights were dim and atmospheric, so I didn’t notice until near the end of my meal. When I pointed this out they said “sorry madam I will get you a fresh one!’” I didn’t want another as by this time I was full but I was shocked that when the bill arrived, they had charged me for the chicken!! There was no apology at all and it was only after I complained that they offered to take the price of the chicken dish off the bill. Very poor service which made me feel undervalued and unimportant. What a shame!!

Fantástico hotel, lujo total, estuvimos mi madre y yo, vivimos en Mallorca y quería hacerle un regalo. pero lo mejor de este sitio es todo su personal, te sientes como en casa, cariñoso, amable, esto lo hace el mejor hotel de la isla y conozco unos cuantos mención especial a Estefanía, camarera del bar/restaurante de recepción, está chica vale un 20. Espero volver con mi marido!!!!

Hotel meraviglioso in una grande proprietà giardini Immacolati piscina a sfioro grande Palestra grande Spa ma soprattutto un bellissimo ristorante bellissime camere e un servizio fantastico. In occasione del mio compleanno hanno allestito la camera con palloncini champagne e una buonissima torta al cioccolato offerta. Non avrei potuto passare compleanno migliore!!! posizione ottima vicino alla capitale e a portal nous. servizio valet perfetto con ricarica macchina elettrica. Colazione indimenticabile e la sera rituale del sabrage in zona bar con champagne offerto. Tornerei subito!!!

瑞吉酒店：過時但非常乾淨。雖然它坐落在懸崖上，但沒有任何專門的海灘。懸崖底部有一小塊沙地，但由當地城鎮/公寓共享。有一個不錯的健身房和水療中心。也都過時但乾淨並完成工作。 80 分鐘的深層組織按摩非常棒。有一個家庭游泳池和一個兒童專用游泳池。兩者都被加熱到完美的溫度（不太冷但令人耳目一新，你可以在裡面坐幾個小時）。泳池服務很周到。所有員工都非常友好。我會說西班牙語，但他們都能說流利的英語，還有許多人會說德語和法語。我在短途旅行/一日遊中與禮賓部一起工作，他們非常樂於助人和友好。食物是典型的酒店度假村食物——你得到的東西很貴。自助早餐非常好，已包含在我們的房價內。這是從早上 7 點到 11 點，很可愛。我們吃了幾頓池邊午餐和客房服務，一切都符合預期：可能價格過高，並不令人驚嘆，但非常好。我們租了一輛車，大部分午餐和晚餐都在外地吃飯。總的來說 - 可愛的住宿。
