The bed was so comfortable! Like a big hug

Gap in wall behind in heater/ac so had to keep heat on 24/7 or room was cold. Newer remodeled bath w all shampoo cond body wash lotion Big fluffy towels. In room microwave coffee maker refrigerator. HUGE tv w many many options all sports avail too. Bed was soft warm cozy. Feather pillows. But THE BEST lots of hot hot hot water. Staff are amazing and everywhere to assist

Pros: Staff was friendly, bed comfortable! Cons: We had a mouse in our room at 3am that woke us up running around. The room was well loved. Carpet and couch had holes in it, shower floor looked dirty. The bathroom was so small. The $12 breakfast buffet was awful. It served its purpose, but will be staying at our usual hotel in Appleton next time.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable although it was not as clean as I would have liked. There were multiple hairs in the shower and it was clear the bedside table was not wiped down as there were cup rings clearly visible. But the worst thing was when going to make a cup of coffee the cups that were sitting in the coffee maker had coffee/liquid left in them from the previous people who stayed in the room.

Convenient location a block from downtown Neenah, walking distance to restaurants and drinks. Very good brewery across the parking lot 🙂. Nice jogging trails nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Maybe a minor thing but I like how you get the large dispensers of shampoo/conditioner/soap and don’t have to worry about running out after one use. Also not a bad drive to Green Bay on game day.

This was our first time staying here and everyone was so nice ! We stayed here because of the convenience of the closeness to theTheda Care Hospital ! I was having back surgery and I didn’t want my wife driving the 60 miles every night! I felt very good about having her stay ther e by herself ! We would highly recommend this Hilton ! From the time that we checked in the receptionist Paige was so nice first she gave us a free bottle of water and a wonderful chocolate chip cookie , it didn’t stop there then she took us right to the room ! We thought who does that ? Very nice girl , We love this place!

Not a good experience. Ot was my wedding weekend. I decided to tell all of my guess to stay at the hotel with us. So we had about 12 couples stay there. The bar didn't have you basic alcohol. The pool area was dirty. In our room there was spider webs behind the couch where my head was. The hotel staff stole my 150 dollar Wisconsin hoodie. I left in the room when i checked out. Came back the next day not even 24 hours later. They said it wasn't there and hung up the phone on me when I was talking. I would never ever stay there again.

Beds are comfortable BUT very hard for seniors to get in and out of. Also, handicapped bathroom terrible. Shower water COMPLETELY flooded the bathroom floor, so much so that even the extra roll of toilet paper stored on the floor over by the toilet was ruined. and there are NO towel racks so all of the towels were used to dry the floors so I wouldn't slip and fall. really bad plan for this bathroom. I understand why it is the way it is BUT then there should be another drain out in the middle of the room. and don't FORGET the towel bars

It is not pleasant to step outside the entrance and get hit with the stench of cigarette smoke. Smokers have no idea how much they stink. They’re smoking area is also a pig sty. Why do you cater those ………
