這是一家不錯的飯店，條件優越，員工友善，而且乾淨。我們的房間非常舒適，淋浴間甚至有一個很棒的淋浴噴頭，您可以調節噴霧！最重要的是，床真的非常舒服，上面有很棒的枕頭和非常漂亮的床上用品。很不錯！我肯定會再次入住。然後再次

我永遠不會再住在這家酒店。我在 7 月預訂了一間配有 2 張大床的房間，當我們進入房間時，只有一張床和一張可折疊床。我回到服務台，得知他們已經超額預訂了我預訂的房型，而且因為我是透過********預訂的，而且不是希爾頓榮譽客會會員，所以我的房型不被允許。我們沒有提供免費無線網路（據說所有訪客都可以造訪飯店網站），因為我不是希爾頓榮譽客會會員。隱藏的床很糟糕，導致晚上睡不好。第二天早上我們想洗澡的時候沒有熱水，前台說把水放開，熱水就會來。自來水完全熱水5分鐘後，水仍然很涼。早餐有多種選擇，但炒蛋不熱，糕點不新鮮。下次我來埃弗里特時我肯定會選擇另一家酒店入住。

我們第一次住了3天。印象非常深刻。服務無可挑剔。前台工作人員非常樂於助人，供應早餐的女士非常友好。早餐是自助式的，可以吃飽。鬆餅、華夫餅、水果、牛奶咖啡茶等。加熱器工作完美。大量地下停車場。我們非常高興並強烈推薦任何人入住這家酒店

我訂了兩張大床，但他們給了我一張床和一張沙發床。我被告知他們為我提供了房間，因為我是透過 ******* 等第三方預訂的。沙發床很差，因為我躺在上面時能感覺到床的火焰。飯店經理說房間更新為大床而不是2張大床，但加大雙人床太小了，像大床一樣。我不想再留下來了。

晚上 11 點後，由於外面寒冷，入口處成為無家可歸者的避難所。業主必須了解這一點，因為他們的地下停車場有一扇堅固的門，不僅可以保護無家可歸者，還可以將他們拒之門外。

I enjoyed my staying here! The staff was friendly and front desk was friendly too! Our room was clean, food is ok, garage parking is good, pool is nice not too deep nor big. My only critique is that we stayed in floor 2 and could here the steps from the neighbors above us. The walls are thin because we were able to hear the cars that were passing on the streets. If you can't tolerate that, you will be hard time sleeping. Otherwise, it's ok!

房間昏暗骯髒，早餐不令人滿意，早餐室缺乏客戶服務，住了兩晚後房間清潔人員的服務不太理想，根本沒有服務…。總體而言，希爾頓酒店令人失望。 我不認為我們會回到那裡。

Our room was extremely dirty! I have pictures and I wish I could leave them with my review! The floors were absolutely disgusting not vacuumed or mopped! Sticky! The headboards had nasty stuff all over them!! The thermostat had mold in it! I could go on! Please save your self and go somewhere else!

Requested a king bed with sofa sleeper. Even called the hotel 4 days before my stay to confirm. I was told whatever is on my reservation I will get. Got to the room and it was just a bed. Went to the front desk and was told the hotel was fully booked ( do not believe that at all). THen found out the exact same thing happened to another guest but they received some money back and we did not.

Very nice and clean hotel! Front desk girl was really polite and helpful. Was not a fan of the parking. I had a pull behind uhaul trailer and had to park on the street. But….. can’t hold that against the property. Just didn’t see the underground parking garage in the description. 5 Star!! I’d definitely recommend staying here!
