Perfect location, they have smart tv with youtube, a nice option for people who are not interested in watching local tv

Upon arrival first thing they said they couldn’t valet my truck. Whole reason I booked and called ahead was to make sure I could and they agreed. Then they figured it out. Upon checking in they begin to tell me they didn’t have a room for me. Wow. After a short argument as I have already paid for my room they gave me a room. Horrible experience. I held them at higher class then the way they handled rhat. Bad bad service

The stay was great, definitely recommend. The cleaniness of our room was good, however; the shower does need to be deep cleaned as there was the build up/orange/green coloured mold. It’s a quick fix but definitely something that needs to be done. Also, I was charged $13.00 for a Pepsi bottle so don’t go to the grab & go section if you really have too. Otherwise, there’s a restaurant inside with breakfast options and even a Starbucks! Close to the Calgary Tower so there’s definitely a lot of foot traffic but nice to see. Will come again.

Our room wasnt ready at check in which was a little frustrating. We arent from a big city so we were a little lost on what to do waiting for our room. We had dinner reservations that we were worried we would miss. I called and tried asking for a different room and they were able to get the room we reserved ready for us. The check out went much smoother. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was pretty good and our car was waiting for us. The downtown was a little busy but would probably stay tbere again.

I loved the downtown location. It’s walking distance to so many restaurants and places. We didn’t realize Stephen street was one street over from us until the night before we were leaving. We were a bit bummed. We were able to walk to the Calgary library and the music museum as well as the core shopping mall. It’s right across from the tower too. The staff was really great. They allowed us to check in early and guided us for activities. I highly recommend paying for parking in advance so you don’t have to pay for valet which is 45Cad per day. If I were going to Calgary again, I’d definitely stay there.

Check-in was fast, and my room was really, really nice. The only complaint I had was that the tap water had a musty smell to it; probably some pipes or filters need to be serviced.
