Fui para un fin de semana de descanso pero no pude descansar, dormir es imposible. Desperté con mi cuerpo lleno de hormigas pequeñas. Estaban por todos lados pero sobretodo en la cama. Intenté quitarlas y volver a dormir pero fue inútil. Volvieron cada vez.

El hotel está bien para lo barato que es en estas fechas. El personal tiene bastante aguante. Ya que los clientes que tienen suelen ser británicos y con todo incluido. Se creen con derecho a hacer lo que deseen y algunos de ellos son impresentables

mal horrible fatal y podria seguir..de hecho hemos abandonado el hotel antes de tiempo teniamos reserva del 15-8 al 20-8 y el primer dia ya nos quisimos ir...hemos abandonado el dia 18 sin aire en en todo el hotel.te quejas en recepcion y te dicen que as contratado algo sin aire..perdona??? pides un ventilador y te quieren cobrar 20 euros la comida sin palabras ni las ratas....sin tazas sin vasos sin nada te hacen pagar hasta el agua todo en mal estado y sin apenas comida y con bichos y hormigas, pedimos el rembolso y sin rembolso nos hemos venido pero esto no quedara asi voy a meteros una reclamacion pero no una hojita que las tirais no,si no en persona en la oficina del consumidor!! LA LIMPIEZA HORRIBLE NO TE CAMBIAN LAS SABANAS NI TE CAMBIAN TOALLAS.

hotel qui ne merite pas ses 3 etoiles Tout est à l'économie avec pour commencer une clim qui ne fonctionne pas durant tout le sejour ,piscine petite ,service au bar avec des gobelets en carton Chambre correcte mais avec mobilier cassé ,le ménage est fait à la va vite,sur le balcon il y a aucune separation opaque avec vos voisins de chambre donc bonjour l'intimité ... Pour la formule demi pension au petit dej le café et jus de fruits sont imbuvable et tout ce qu on vous propose est industriel et hyper gras et pour le diner trés peu de choix (ce qui évite le gaspillage ...),mais le peu qu il y a c'est vraiment pas bon et toujours la meme chose et on ne sait pas ce que l'on mange vraiment ....surement du porc mal cuisiné à toutes les sauces....coté dessert guere mieux tout est industriel et surtout aucun gout . Cet hotel qui dans l'ensemble est propre à une deco qui date des année 70 Aucune animation le soir Les deux derniers soirs nous avons diner dehors . Bref pour 360 euros pour 4 nuits en demi pension en juillet faut pas demander non plus la lune bref une experience trop negative pour nous !!

1 étoile car on peut pas mettre zéro Hôtel plus que minable, salle de bain dans un état lamentable Ménage dans les chambres pas fait, la literie on ne peut même pas appeler ça un lit Buffet rien que l’odeur a l’entrée on y est même pas allé Le petit déjeuner horrible aussi 3 étoiles à la création de l’hôtel en 1960 en 2023 même pas 1 étoile Seul avantage l’emplacement

Najgorszy hotel w jakim kiedykwiek byłem z rodziną na wczasach. Nie miła obsługa. W całym hotelu brak klimatyzacji. Jedzenie nie zbyt smaczne codziennie to samo. Przekąski to co zostało ze śniadania. Drinki na opcji all inclusive okropne tak jak i cały hotel nie polecam

**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs** This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. I have no idea how this place managed to get 3 stars—it’s an absolute disgrace. The rooms were filthy, smelled terrible, and the blankets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the 1970s. Everything felt old, neglected, and unhygienic. The so-called "all-inclusive" was a joke, with ridiculous and unclear rules designed to frustrate guests rather than serve them. The atmosphere of the hotel was unpleasant and sketchy—definitely not a place you'd want to relax in. But the worst part was yet to come. After checking out, while we were waiting by the pool for our airport transfer, my wife’s small handbag was *stolen*. It had our credit cards and a large amount of cash. Mysteriously, after we had already arrived at the airport, the bag was found *in another hotel*—without the cash, of course. Make of that what you will. This place is shady, unsafe, and should not be in business. Think very carefully before booking. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Really not impressed with this hotel. Arrived on Saturday, lift not working and should be fixed Monday. Now Thursday and still not repaired. Speaking to other guests they all reviving different stories on the lift from reception staff. I have seen families struggling with buggies and the hotel even place a gentleman with MS on the third floor. How ridiculous! My room was tiny the shower a dated nightmare. I also hope that someone with food allergies does not stay here as none of the food is labelled. I have spoken with numerous guests here during my stay and nobody had a good word for this hotel and stated they would be complaining to their relevant travel agents. Its only plus point was the location to the beech. I would not stay here again!

I'm very surprised to read the negative reviews about this place, but maybe something has changed in the past months. My wife and I had an outstanding stay. Our room was sparkling clean and the decor was very updated. Our room had a view of the water, which was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful with our questions. The town of Llafranc doesn't have a lot going on, but the beach and harbor are very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel very dated, lift was broken all time we was there, elderly people having to carry wheelchairs and suitcases up and down stair reception wouldn’t help, food was ok but not a lot of choice had to go to supermarket because hotel ran out of coke for my vodka, fights in hotel people getting robbed in hotel, very thin walls you can here every noise police called a few times, only 2 sockets had to buy an extension wire, balconies not very private people leaning over ours to talk to other side, had to tie shower head up with hair band to use it, never again

People PLEASE PLEASE, read the reviews that states DONT GO THERE, honestly I stayed from 03/07/2024-10/07/2024 In the past I’ve chanced and gone and stayed at hotel that had a few bad reviews, but turned out ok!, if you’re going, buy a big fan

Ok where to begin with this very unique experience. First of all the hotel location is great. A stones throw from the beach and a very short walk to the most amazing town of shops bars eating places Coffee houses corner shops etc. how ever if your looking to test your self mentally with sleep deprivation that the SAS would them selfs not inflict on others as well as sense torcher close to water boarding with the constants smell of fag smoke in every part of this hotel or drunken people wanting to let the entire town know it’s there birthday or just being loud and obnoxious then this is the place for you. The staff are amazing and friendly not a bad word against them. The guests that stay in this hotel sadly are some types that are a bit …. Well let’s just say I heard one British gentlemen say and I quote “ even though we are abroad that Chinese’s down the road was amazing “. You can smoke on your Balcony which Ment for none smokers like us we couldn’t enjoy that, as soon as we opened the doors you get hit with it. you can smoke by the pool as well sadly which again spoiled it for us. The food yes very basic and repetitive,but as long as you realise your not in England and cannot get burgers chips and other forms of fast food you can enjoy a nice meal. Was amazed how many people even though in a foreign country demanded fast food types instead of eating local food.The rooms seem hit and miss. Are room was two twins pushed together with a mattress made from compressed cardboard how ever the room was very clean and tidy. Only one plug socket which had the telly plugged in so I advise to bring an extension lead. Other rooms do have air con but ours did not. If your looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay then def avoid here we sadly returned to the uk so tired we did not get a single good night due to the drunken noise of other guests and due to the design of hotel noise echo’s everywhere, the constant smell of fag smoke Ment we could not have the door open to allow a breeze. As much as we tried to find the good bits the best of are holiday was on the beach or down the town. the hotel it self was just to soul destroying. I genuinely have PTSD and do not want to see another plastic cup with a ice cube and cheap machine made cocktail ever again. How ever you get what you paid for so learnt our lesson.i give this 3 stars mainly because I feel so sorry for the staff.

All the staff so friendly and helpful. That's not a 5 stars hotel but food selection was fine. Very quiet small town. Beach only 5mins away, supermarket and old town 10mins away. I like it everything. Bar and reception staff so nice . Train station near and cheap to go Barcelona or blanes.
