卡薩德果阿 - 精品度假村(Casa de Goa - Boutique Resort - Calangute)

CASA DE GOA Hotel  Dr Afonso Rd,  Near Calangute Football Ground, Tivai Vaddo,  Bardez,  Calangute,  Goa 403516, India. This had to be the most disappointing stay I have ever had the bad luck to encounter. I travel a lot spent 8 days there.  Room/bathroom dirty.  See through blinds on windows. Sheets towels stained old. The cleaning got better not acceptable but better. The chap did best he could with what he was working with. Room supposedly had a safe to store my belongings. I had three different ones as they did not lock 3rd one did.  Air con broke down. My main criticism is there was no internet connection in my room. Had to sit in balcony and get eaten alive with mosquito's or go downstairs to reception. I complained every day  NOTHING DONE. No ***agers available I did not even get an apology. If you are considering staying there my advice is DONT. This place has a 4+☆ rating I have no idea how. Brigid

Worst experience after staying 10 days in another hotel came to this resort with family for a better experience. V rude staff and charged extra for a kid and not ready to listen about other hotel feedback or suggestions. Will never recommend anyone if get a free stay

Et veldig ok sted, passe stort, sentralt, gode rom med gode senger og romslig bad, rent og passe stort basseng, rikholdig og deilig frokost. Noe slitt mtp diverse installasjoner så som lekkasje fra minibar, toalettrullholder faller ut av veggen og el kontaktene virker gamle og slitte. Gode solsenger, men noen av utebordene bør byttes ut pga skader og slitasje.

Booked a deluxe room for 3 nights for my daughter and son in law from *********** and it was non refundable paid full amount online to their bank in advance. The deluxe room no 321 was not good. Hot water not working. Electronic key was not working. Flush one botton not working. Room lights were blinking . The reception guy was rude. They were not ready to change room . On Sunday op ***ager on leave. Next day as no room was changed and as booking was non refundable. They talk to op.mgr Nixon and They took villa in this hotel for the next 2 days and paid 15k extra. Villa was good Food was good.. restaurant service was good. Location is good. Pool was good. But deluxe room experience was bad.

Staff friendly nature Rooms were well furnished n clean with bathtub n pool view superb Breakfast amazing with lot of varieties In all the experience was too good and hardly 2 to 3km from Calangute and Baga beach Worth the money 🤑 Excellent service

We stayed in Casa de Goa for Four days. The hotel is very neat and clean. We stayed at deluxe rooms. The rooms are spacious The food and breakfast spread is very good. Over all it was good experience. Swimming pool is very clean. Check in and check out process was fast.

Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Staffs are really cool and well behaved. Pool was really big but the tiles were broken so we had to take extra care while swimming with our children. The food was good but little expensive even a normal tea cost above 100 Rs.

Lovely location, helpful staff, and very attentive. Love coming here. it's home from home. Breakfast selection was so good. A big thank you to all the following, Rama, Mario, Rajib,Sujit, Uddesh, Noor, Debasis, Masud, Sandeep and Pradeep.

great little hideaway that you wouldn’t know existed staff great and superb butler service,highly recommend rooms lovely and comfy bed..would recommend the suite side..Mario is very attentive and so were the rest of the staff Thanks for a lovely relaxing holiday
