Worst experience faced, mainly food is worst, what we have paid is not an worth only bread and jam is served for breakfast, further don’t choose this hotel it will spoil our whole trip due to worst behaviour in hotel and staff

The rooms were subpar, with poor cleanliness and a lack of maintenance. The hotel's claims of comfortable accommodations were far from the truth. To make matters worse, there was no parking facility available, and i was told to park my vehicle 200 meters away from the hotel, which was inconvenient and added to my frustration. The hotel's photos were misleading, as the actual rooms and surroundings were not as depicted. The absence of a lift meant that guests staying on upper floors had to climb stairs, which was exhausting. The bedsheet quality was also poor, and the exhaust fan in my room was not working, which made the air feel stale. But what really took the cake was the rude behavior of the staff, who seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to explore better options.

Excellent staff and attentive service. Soothing atmosphere. Mr. Sonu and ms. Zelia is superb in front desk. Haooy to visit here. Looking forward to recommend to others and visit again.

horror experience this hotel & room पीने का पानी तक नही दिया गया है तीसरी मंजिल पर रूम दिया जिसमें कोई लिफ्ट की सुविधा भी नही थी रिस्पेशन पर बोलने पर भी रूम चेंज नही किया गया रूम में बेडशीट गंदी ही मिली पिल्लों पर कवर ही नही था कृपा करके अब कोई इस होटल में ना जावे

Worst service i have ever seen, water issues, about food quality i can't even explain, if we are booked with other travel agent so they will provide only one option in food that also 1st low price food. Hotel staff was very rude. Location was good.

Very good stay. Hotel is centrally located near the chocolate room. Staff was very friendly. Very clean room's.
